Soon after it was delivered my mother started itching and found bed bugs. She did not have them before. They also got into her loveseat and recliner - she had to replace not only the mattress and box springs but also the loveseat and recliner. She is on a fixed income. She called the store and was told that it couldn't be the mattress and box springs. I highly disagree as they weren't in my mother's residence before these two items came into her home. The customer service person was not empathetic and the store should have offered some type of compensation for what happened.
