She was told neither was the case and the cause was an unrepairable "heat ring". Her tires were visually inspected, but never removed and this took a few minutes max. She received a printed quote for new tires and warranty, then was told her vehicle was unsafe to drive when she was hesitant about the purchase. What R&R was not counting on, was that my fiancé would go directly to another tire shop. Jenkins in BA found the leak (a small puncture from a wire) and patched/plugged the leak within 15 minutes, saving my family from an unexpected and unnecessary financial burden. Since I had bought my tires here I thought they would take good care of me. Boy, was I wrong! She told me it would be after 1pm before they could get to it. While I was on my phone explaining to my son that it would take so long. The manager interrupted my call saying I was being mean. I took my vehicle to a different tire store and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will never use this store for any maintenance or purchasing anything else here
