She received a printed quote for new tires and warranty, then was told her vehicle was unsafe to drive when she was hesitant about the purchase. What R&R was not counting on, was that my fiancé would go directly to another tire shop. Jenkins in BA found the leak (a small puncture from a wire) and patched/plugged the leak within 15 minutes, saving my family from an unexpected and unnecessary financial burden. The prices are more expensive than other tire places. The price to replace a sensor is $49 higher here than at discount tire. today they get a very negative review because of their customer service. We dropped the car off at noon. They said it would be two hours. I called at 3 o'clock. They hadn't even started on the car. They said they would bring it into the garage next. Keep in mind we already told them that all we needed was a sensor change on the tire. Nothing was wrong with the tire. That is a very easy and quick fix. We got there an hour later and they hadn't started on the car yet. The man at the front desk said " I told you it would be closer to five." oh hell no he didn't! He said the car was going to be next. We took our keys back and left. We'll just take it to Tate Brothers or discount tire. These are the places we usually go anyways.
