While to be fair to the previous realtor, who was diligent and helpful, the listing price now was lower. However, the real difference is not the price, but the fact that: (1) Before taking the listing photos, Kristi proposed the improvements needed to improve the curb appeal, when the previous realtor did not do so after 9 months (2) Kristi set up virtual staging so that the house looked marvelous like a designer house in the listing, instead of a vacant home with huge blank spaces that people didn't know what they're for (3) Kristi promoted the listing through online marketing to generate more buyer interests, when none of the realtors that I've worked with before ever did that. Moreover, from day one Kristi was extremely responsive and always kept me up to date on the process together with the help of her assistant, which was reassuring for a remote seller like myself. She was also very supportive and never gave me any pressure during the negotiation process with the buyer, which allowed me to negotiate the terms and make the decision that I was comfortable with. I was glad that I chose Kristi based on the great yelp reviews here and I'd wholeheartedly recommend her if you are looking for a great realtor!

When we interviewed Kristi, she came prepared, was very professional and had a very specific plan on how to sell our house quickly and at the best asking price, not too high and not too low, the perfect sweet spot. Kristi was very involved when the photographer came out to take pictures of the property and brought her marketing staff with her. She had recently had knee surgery and had a leg brace and crutches but was still moving things around the house...now that's commitment! Well, the pictures and pricing strategy worked great, because we quickly had several offers and one over asking! Kristi is all about communication and constantly texts and emails. She also has an excellent team and Deb, the Client Care Coordinator, is someone that we worked with a lot to get questions answered. Deb made an electronic Timeline that was emailed daily and kept us updated to the status of the sale. Whether is was Kristi, Deb or someone else on the team, there was always someone available for questions as needed. We are so happy we chose Kristi and her team. They are super organized, professional and wonderful to work with and we highly recommend them. Give Kristi a call...you won't regret it! Thank you, Kristi and team, for all you did! We appreciate you!!

I had a neutral experience and I have really struggled over posting this…read more Knowledge: I found this agent via YouTube as I tend to be highly researched and was looking for which locations we wanted to relocate to. Initially the call went really well and I very much appreciated the direction of some neighborhoods that I might consider looking at. This was very helpful. I ended up looking at one that was the closest to where we were currently living and started doing some home tours. We ended up setting up some viewings, but before the end of that day had decided to make an offer on the first neighborhood after looking at 5 homes. Yes, that quick. Resources: I was introduced to a fantastic inspection person. Additionally, I was introduced to a good finance person. Responsiveness: This is where I really struggled. Making a home purchase is a huge deal, and I need to be aware of what is happening. And what are the things that I should be looking out for and what I shouldn't be looking out for. I typically found myself having to reach out consistently to get updates to get guided on the process. For example, on closing day due to a scheduling change, the agent was not there because they were not informed of the time change and when she texted me for an update the response was it was news to her. I've only made 2 other home purchases but usually it's the agent that is letting the client know about updates to time, schedule things that are needed in all that. After I had taken the survey that was provided to me on the service I had gotten, I received text messages that I did not feel very professional in the response. I explained it was no hard feelings but it was just an okay experience and explained why. Lack of communication was a huge factor etc I will not post these as I feel that that it would be an invasion of privacy but in general it was inappropriate, not professional, and was said to make me feel guilty for putting a neutral response. I responded as such and asked not to be contacted further. All in all based on the lack of communication and the follow up texts sent after, I can't recommend. Again there were some good points but the response texts why this is a negative/neutral recommendation.

She answered all of my questions; and boy, I had a lot of questions. Jordan was a pleasure to work with; she has a Youtube channel that answers most of your real estate questions! She's active on social media, she's easily accessible, and she's full of information! I happily recommend her to all my friends and family. Jordan hasn't forgotten about my family or me, as she always recommends the best places to visit, where to eat, where to shop, and fun places I can take my kids. This means the world to me because we came here knowing nobody in the area. So when looking for a realtor, I wanted someone who would be able to hold my hand through this process. Jordan grew up in the area, and she was able to guide me throughout the whole journey. We wanted someone who knew how to help Veteran families and someone who understood what was best for my family. She is also a mother, so I felt like she was able to relate to my situation. I'm so grateful that we found her.

Jess Stom with BMG is an absolute ROCKSTAR!…read more It all started when I sought a local agent to answer a few curious questions we had about the market, and I immediately knew Jess was the perfect match with her confidence, enthusiasm, and charisma! At the time, we were still in early thought stages of "just looking"; we just got married and were considering whether it was already time to make the move/upgrade from my husband's modest townhome into something bigger and better-suited for growing a family... Jess was the guiding light who turned things into a reality! We bought and sold houses simultaneously (which admittedly was a daunting feat with a hundred moving parts), but Jess made the process streamline & fluid. Couldn't have done it without her on our side! Jess was great with communication at every end, equipped with an arsenal of knowledge & resources, and both transactions went timely & smoothly for us. Thanks to her strong expertise, great advice, and well-placed strategies, we were offered much more than we imagined on our old house and found the PERFECT new home - all at once! Everything fell into place like magic, and we are so appreciative of Jess and her hard work in making it happen! Highly recommend Jess & the Bridget Moore group!

Future residents BEWARE! It's shocking how many residents had such a negative experience & haven't…read moreshared reviews. I research everything so I researched online over 100 apartments in all of Houston & then narrowed it down to 10 to view in person. The great reviews for the Preserve led me to believe it's a great complex. I was tricked by the positive reviews. For almost a year now, there has been noise in my ceilings & walls. It sounds like a woodpecker sometimes. There is also a separate noise in the that sounds like the pipes vibrating/shaking the whole unti. It's not only annoying but really scary to live under. I had to beg the manager Paige to send a contractor out to look into this. After opening many holes in my walls & ceilings, no one could fix the issue. The issue still persists so it is clear I've been given a defective unit or they have a serious structure issue. The recent team they sent in didn't take any precautions when cutting into the walls & tile & they damaged a handful of our personal items as well as left their blood in our tub. The complex refuses to reimburse us for the personal property items damaged, refused to offer alternatives, refused to offer any compensation, & even refused letting us just move out. Oh, the corporate office offered us to break lease but in return we would need to sign a gag order & sign a bunch of legal documents to never speak of this again or report them. I'm guessing they get lots of people to sign gag orders which is why you don't see the many negative reviews that should be here. They've handled this very serious issue terribly & unprofessional. There is a spot on our ceiling that could be a leak & Paige said she'd send someone out the other day before lunch. No one came out, she never even made the work order for it, & she took the day off. She has actually done this multiple times so you can't trust her. Inside the apartment: they are old, run down, poorly designed, walls are soooo thin (you can hear your neighbors using the restroom). When you need something fixed or replaced, it'll be a used replacement piece that probably won't work & they will make you go through many hoops before taking it seriously. Outside: fire pit has been broke for over a year, filter in the lap pool broke over a year, pool is hardly ever clean, ant hills everywhere, cheap outdoor furniture. I actually witnessed an outdoor table umbrella get swept up by the wind & hit someone in the head because it was not put together properly. There are many break ins; cars broken into, a car was stolen, people trespass onto the property & trespass into the clubhouse & pool all the time. Absolutely no security/security measures are taken. When spring hits, there is a bird problem. The birds will literally attack your patio. I tried options management offered & nothing worked. The only thing that would work is netting but they wouldn't let me put it up or else they'd charge me money even though other residents had things hanging on their balconies that technically shouldn't be there. Clearly playing favorites. Just like how specific dog breeds are not allowed but they let some anyway live here. There is a dog boarding place right next door so if you live close to that then all you'll hear is dogs barking all the time. Management: just awful. They do not care about their residents. I've seen the higher up management passively bully residents, ignore their concerns, and lie. There are many issues with this place yet nothing is taken seriously. I've brought up all issues to upper management and they give you a run around and things don't get done. From what I've noticed, seems like they target the residents who bring issues up to them. The property manager deflects a lot when you talk to her and it's quite frustrating especially when you have serious issues you're bringing up to light. Needless to say, if you live here, hope that you never have issues with your apartment. But, please try not to get fooled like we did. As someone whose lived in many apartments in multiple cities, i can say 100% that this is not normal from an apartment complex. There are better places out there. If someone from the complex comments or thinks about commenting on this saying something like "the concerns of this resident have been addressed"... then just keep moving along because they haven't and you know that. My many documented evidence proves everything. Please note that someone named Kelly replies to the reviews but there is no Kelly in the main office so she is not aware of what is happening at this complex. *Should you decide to still move to this place, I highly recommend setting up a surveillance camera inside your apartment to record anyone that comes in your apartment and make sure to document literally everything.
