It was the first delivery scheduled for that day. I was told it would arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 am. It did not. When I called the store on Thursday morning to see what the problem was, I was told that the truck had to go to another town first, and they had no idea when my order would be delivered. I was not advised of any change. It is clear that another customer, who placed an order later than mine, is getting preferential treatment at my expense. This is no way to do business. The delivery was made in the afternoon. The pallet was dropped in such a way as to block my back door. I called the store, who called the driver and asked him to return and move it. I saw him this time, and he said he was just delivering it where he did the last time. No, last time I could get out of my house. He did move it but what an ordeal.
