I was only brought to her yelp account because we have other business dealings...and I saw her very poor yelp reviews stating how rude she is in 6 of her yelp reviews and I had began to see that for myself. After reading that she was not only rude to me but rude to so many other people in her business, I have decided not to use her company and I would suggest you look at her reviews before you decide to choose her business. There are so many other businesses like hers that have perfect reviews and I will be moving into one of them with my downsizing on Long Island. It is obvious that she hates what she does and hates life in general. There are many other better services out there where the owners are professional and make you feel comfortable. If you talk with the tenants, as we did, you will hear how unhappy they are in dealing with her.
