Had he given our concerns a minute of attention, he might have discovered that my husband was indeed very ill. He personally calls you on the phone if labs or tests come back with something he needs to discuss immediately instead of having a nurse call you to setup up another appointment. The new doctor heard a severe heart Murmur that was not something that showed up overnight. He never suggested any specialists to my parents because then he would loose control. We interviewed other concierge practices in the Lee/Collier vicinity and it was apparent in the 1st meeting that we were a perfect fit. We couldn't be more pleased with his exceptional, professional and thorough care. While we are very healthy 69 and 70 yr. olds, unexpected things occur. As exceedingly careful as we have been throughout this pandemic, we were exposed to and contracted Covid-19. When my condition deteriorated to a very concerning level, my husband called Dr. Tritel who immediately responded and intervened. He assessed the conditions my husband was explaining over the phone, and calmly and with absolute conviction advised my husband to call 9-1-1 to get me to the hospital immediately. I was admitted, diagnosed with double pneumonia and with Dr. Tritel's intervention and constant communication with the hospital and my husband, received the utmost care and the Remdesivir treatment and Convalescent Plasma through the clinical trial in place between the hospital and the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Tritel was pro-active in seeking these treatments on my behalf. We are 100 percent convinced this would not have occurred without Dr. Tritel. While he will not take credit for saving my life, I am stating for you in this review that is very much the case. I realize that Dr. Dahl is the best urologist in town and really knows what she's doing, and because she is in very high demand, she's not able to provide more appointments. My situation was dire after my procedure and her RN was able to help until my follow-up appointment, *months* later. I'm still glad I was able to see her. I voiced my concerns, and my reaction to her procedure.

At my recent visit, I was automatically prompted to complete what appeared to be a routine "mental wellness" screening during check-in. I later discovered it was billed separately to my insurance and was not covered, leaving me responsible for the charge. When I disputed it, I was told it was "routine." My concern is not the screening itself, but the lack of transparency that it would result in a separate billable service and potential out-of-pocket cost. If it is routine and billable, patients should be clearly informed upfront. It is disappointing to feel that standard check-in procedures are being used to generate additional revenue without meaningful disclosure. After nearly two decades as a loyal patient, this experience has eroded my trust, and as a result, I will be leaving the practice. I encourage patients to ask questions about every form they are asked to complete and whether it may result in separate charges.
