Thankfully, the manager came out, greeted me, and got everything moving. The employee who helped me inside was efficient but not particularly friendly, while the lead next to him was excellent with his customer. The pricing and service earned the 4 stars, but I think the outside technicians could benefit from a little more customer service training. A simple greeting goes a long way.

I lost all air instantly and it forced me off the road. This created a very dangerous situation that could have easily caused an accident. I'm extremely disappointed. A valve stem failure this soon after installation feels like a basic quality control issue that should never happen. I trusted Discount Tire with my safety, and this experience fell far short of what I expected. I hope the store reviews their installation procedures and valve stem practices so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I look over and see Sanchez Tire Shop was open (Christmas Eve) and limp over there. Tony Sanchez greeted me and said I would have to take it to Ford to get it fixed. That wasn't the best part. He offered to drive me to get a rental car and arranged for my truck to be towed. Edward Sanchez took my truck to Ford (I had continued on my trip with the rental car) and spoke to the technicians at Ford on my behalf. Sanchez Tire Shop diagnosed the problem quicker than Ford did. I am extremely grateful for these guys on Christmas Eve 2024.
