Not only were they meticulously thorough with everything (even cleaning the vitamin bottles!), they were efficient and fast, hard at work every minute they were at my home. There are a thing or two at times that might need a little reminder, but they are very rare and I consider it only normal when any two parties are just getting to know each other's work style and preferences. I also appreciate the ease of accessibility -I can call them, e-mail, or even text to communicate and they are always dependable in getting back to me in a timely manner (try calling a few other places and you will see how valuable a trait this is!). They are always on time, always with a smile on their face, so polite and pleasant, and even my baby loves seeing them every other week!
