After 11 years, time to move. Carpets showed the life of 3 guys, lots of friends, an enjoyment of the wine country in Santa Cruz, and two dogs. Needless to say, the carpets had a lot of memories! Jesse McGuiness went to work and the results are amazing. The stairs had been covered with a black "carpet runner" and , upon removal, the black rubber backing had deteriorated into the white carpet, making a nice but undesired shade of grey running through. It's gone now, as are all the other blemishes, stains, and mess. All except for two stains, very durable, from red-dyed flu medicine. Jesse worked and worked, to no avail. My surprise the next day when Jesse called again and asked if he could come back and try another method. Armed with some solvent, a rag, and an iron, Jesse went to work and the stain was no match. I went to Yelp on a Sunday to look for someone to clean our office carpets. The first two places never answered the call even though they showed as open. I called Jessie at Westcoast and he came over on Monday AM for a bid. Jessie came back the next Saturday - arrived at 7:15 and worked until 1 P.M. The carpets look clean and fresh - the last time we had them cleaned there were large stains that never did come out. Jesse is personable, hardworking, and professional. Leaves the customer confused and wondering if I called the right number. Finally when I verified that I called the right company and asked about having some pet stains cleaned from an area rug. I get, "we don't do area rugs". But your website mentions carpet cleaning and RUG cleaning... With an image of a puppy with clear letters "pet urine treatment $29". "No but we don't do area rugs. This carpet cleaner is great! He is fast, and was able to get out stains in the carpet from a kitchen remodel. No matter how clean contractors try to be, there are inevitable stains.
