On top of that, he was very rude and dismissive on the phone when I asked basic questions about scheduling and the process. I wouldn't recommend doing business here unless you're comfortable paying upfront with no clear plan and dealing with poor customer service.

From the first meeting, through returning our car in perfect shape - Scotsman's kept us in the loop by phone and text message. When we realized our parking sticker was on the bumper that was to be replaced - and learned the Town Of Oyster Bay would charge us $200 to replace it if we couldn't bring the old one in (silly law) - we called and asked Scotsman's to do what they could to save it. They steamed it off, and returned it when we picked up the car. The repairs were flawless, and the car was washed and detailed. It hasn't looked this good since the day we drove it home from Audi. I'm hoping we never need an auto body repair shop again - but if we do - we'll come here.
