We called again in Sept and finally again in Nov, but they were "just too busy" (exact quote) to work us in. We have talked to Bridget and Lauren numerous times but each time they tell us "you are in the system, just cant find the time to get out there" They were quick to do the initial claim, but do not have any interest in follow on the issues with the installation. I would not recommend them or their service.

Not only did he identify the issue causing the leak, but he fixed it AT NO CHARGE. Do yourself a favor and forget about Guy Roofing. Roofers LLC may not be as "famous", but they sure as hell take better care of their customers!

Bauer Roofing is a well oiled machine. They are tight like band that's been playing together for years. Making an appointment at noon on Friday to the initial consultation happening that same Friday afternoon same day to the choices of materials and wide array of services offered. They have all the top names and best quality products. You can't go wrong. They have access to a great finance program that beats the others. Pricing is competitive, all staff are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and the end result for us was much better than I ever thought was achievable. The owner even came to check in on us Saturday morning. The job was planned, started, and finished quicker than anticipated and distractions were minimal. We enjoyed watching the work being done. Ryan advised me that he saw enough hail damage to file an insurance claim for total replacement ($14,000) but that if it was denied, he could fix a bunch of "trouble spots" for about $2500. Hmmm! In addition, I grew suspect because they appear so new that they don't show up on Google with an office location and NO Google reviews. Just a website. Their only Yelp review is from someone in California who is probably a "hired' review (how would a Californian know about a SC roofer). Also a little suspicious. Bottom line - you probably want to go with someone else.

Other local firms that I contacted advised that it would be 6+ weeks before they could even look at the damage. Then Billy and Caleb came out to meet the insurance adjuster.
