These folks went out of their way to try and find the parts needed to repair the shower valves. When it was determined the parts required were obsolete, they procured and replaced the valves and shower trim. The valve replacement made a huge difference. We went from having a drizzle of water coming out of the shower head to what we had when the house was built 17+ years ago.
