From the time I met with the intake person to the time of my release the care that I received was very professional and caring. I counted over 20 staff members who attended to my needs. At times I had the feeling that I was the only patient in the hospital because of the superb care I was receiving. On the eight floor there were three special nurses who cared for me: Getachew, John and Denise. They were constantly checking on me to make sure I was doing okay, checking my vitals and asking if they could do any thing else for me. Dr. Zishiri concern for my welfare was very evident. His compassion for his patients is overwhelming. He took time to visit with me. He gave detailed information concerning the healing process. It was the same with the nurse who assisted me with my release. She was extremely patient as my wife and I asked questions concerning medications and limitations in the recovery process. With the construction we were concerned about parking and finding the in take person for registering for my surgery. The website provided the necessary information in finding the parking lot, which was not a problem. Once inside the building there were helpful guides to direct us to the right check in person. On the first appointment, I found there is little to no parking. I had to go through the ramp 5 times until I found a spot. When I called to make an appointment for my follow up, the doctor had 1 open clinic day in the months of June and July. When I called back to say that day would not work, I was literally on hold for over 30 minutes. Why do places like this take on new patients if they are already over booked? So as I was on hold, I called on another phone and asked the lady who answered if there was someone actually working in scheduling, she was rude to me and said "we are busy you know." Ugh!!! So much for customer service. So sad.

On Tuesday, May 30, 2017, I had an appointment at 7:30 AM at Suburban Imaging. My doctor and I have…read morebeen trying to figure out what is causing some health issues, so he ordered a CT scan. From the phone call to set up the appointment, to picking up the contrast for the test, to the exam itself, the service, professionalism and respect that was shown from all the people with whom I interacted was first-rate. When you're getting an unfamiliar exam, it's nice to have people put you at ease. The facility is easy-to-get-to, super clean (VERY important to me!), and there was a nice private room where you can change and lock up all your personal belongings. The exam itself was easy, and not like what I thought. It wasn't a complete chamber, but it wasn't as loud as what I thought CT scanners would be. Again, this piece of equipment was more like a donut. Mmmm. Donuts. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me with the exam. She was so professional, friendly, and kind. It made the entire process, including the IV, more pleasant for me. I truly appreciate it. And to top it all off, three days later, I received a thank you card in the mail that was signed by two people from Suburban Imaging. You don't see that every day from healthcare facilities!

I especially appreciated that our teacher was accommodating to my wife as well. By the end, we got a tour of their massage room. We left with a packet of some of the techniques learned in class.

I had multiple tests done, they were extremely professional and helpful both at the desk and in the clinic room. The PA, Chris, who did my diagnoses was very thorough and explained his thought processes on action items. He even called me as soon as my test came back at the end of the day in the evening to let me know they came back good (even though when good they usually don't let you know). I'll definitely go back here if I need some non-primary care, or impromptu health care.

Clean, very well staffed, friendly, helpful, excellent listeners, fast to respond to button calls; professional. You are not going to believe this, but (..... the food was higher in quality than most restaurants we dine at, and those restaurants are not cheap). The guy running the food service personally stopped in multiple times during the day & night after the surgery. Understand, I had five previous surgeries at a facility in MN considered to be one of the best in world. My visit to Two Twelve far, far outperformed those experiences, and at every level. When it came to mental health, physical injury, scans, bedside manner, I would say? Even if it was your last, however, many dollars to go to Shakopee, go THERE! This of course, is comments of urgent care/Emergency care. The doctors are phenomenal, one of them birthed me, and my two other sisters. My father was his patient for decades. Another doctor, was me and at least my mom and One or maybe one or two more sisters, primary doctor for my whole life, my other sister's whole life, and at least 5 to 10 years with my older sister. So because of my experience with the doctors being so amazing, any negative point in my rating when it comes to the stars, comes to the bedside manner, quality of gear, lack of general knowledge of medicine, goes to the urgent care department - So I will put it at a I don't know, 2/3? Considering the doctors don't deserve a negative hit, but a spotlight should be shown that no one should ever go to this urgent care! Ever!
