Quality cut...which have been a challenge in Altus Earned 4 stars meaning it's most likely my new goto. Apparently, it's the same building since back in the 60's when it opened which checks bc it looks a little run down on the outside (see pic) and the inside is interesting as well. Staff was very friendly and asked for additional input regarding your cut while getting after it. I prefer this rather than going hog wild and then it's unrecoverable (see altus AFB hair"hack" review I posted) $11 for the cut which I'd call average price. Razors Edge is a good place to get a haircut in Altus and the price for a cut isn't bad. It looks a little shady when you show up, but once your inside the staff and interior is pretty welcoming. Very welcoming staff to counteract the somewhat old, faded exterior. Don't let the interior fool you. The chairs are the originals from the opening in the 1960's, and that's because quality never goes out of style. The staff is professional and gives a quality, attention to detail haircut with the customer in mind. Very friendly and extremely experienced at mens hair cuts. In Altus for a few months for training, and went to Razor's Edge on some recommendations. The lady that cut my hair was very nice and did a great job tapering, cleaning up the neck and trimming the eyebrows/ears. Cost was on par with haircuts anywhere else. Will definitely repeat again! read more

Razor's edge is a fantastic barber shop. The haircuts are finished quickly and they do a great job.

I put off getting a haircut, because of a horrible experience I had elsewhere in town. Luckily I was directed to this place. I was told any of the four would do a great job. Tammi had an appointment, but was nice enough to squeeze me in due to the others being at lunch. She has 24 years of experience and did a wonderful job. If i need another cut before leaving Altus, I will come back to Tammi for sure. read more

My husband is very particular about his hair and after some searching he found this place. He and 2 year old son come here for their hair cuts. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The inside area is always clean and usually not busy. My son looks forward to getting his haircut with Terri, she is so good with him and he always leaves looking handsome. read more
