ABSOLUTE dolls to work with!!! I called in at about 11am and just told them I needed something to take to a birthday dinner! I said on the phone my price point was $30-40 and I asked that they include hydrangeas. Them theme we decided on was "summery and light". They said they would be ready by noon!! However I asked my somewhat forgetful brother to pick them up....he did not realize they closed at 2pm (I didn't feel the need to mentions that because he told me he would get them at noon ) ....anyway! This was the bouquet my Mom received for her 65th birthday, it is nice however not what I wanted & discussed w/Claire when I called & placed my order. I initially Inquired on the bouquet, "Flowers Pink Rose Motif Vase" but was told it would be $125 not including tax or delivery & since I did have a budget of $125 including tax & delivery Claire said she would come up with something very similar with the same flowers but not as large and in my price range. I paid $124.xx and this included tax & delivery. Unfortunately I did not receive the type of flowers & quality I had discussed when placing my order. Instead, it looks like she received a bouquet of flowers arranged from a grocery store. I truly thought going through Razzle Dazzle I would get the same great results such as what others did but unfortunately I did not. This was more of a case of... "What I wanted vs. What I got" I feel really disappointed & hurt especially since I shared that I live out of state & am not able to be there to see my Mom on her special 65th milestone birthday. We lost my grandmother at the end of February in 2020 and had her services just before the stay at home orders in March.
