I love getting flowers from Mark and Charlie. They have the best product and now thanks to Michael the flower cooler is color coordinated.

The design was absolutely exquisite and the quality of the flowers was beyond anything I've received before. The attention to detail and the choice of such unique, rare blooms made this bouquet feel incredibly special and luxurious. It was truly the most beautiful and elegant floral arrangement I have ever been given. I would hands down recommend this amazing florist over any other shop in the valley or anywhere in Arizona. If you want something truly extraordinary, this is the place to go!!!! God bless this amazingly artistic flower shop!

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. When I first called, I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes by a young girl only to have somebody pick up the phone and hang up on me without saying a word. When I called back, a different person answered and transferred me back to the same young girl, who seemed bothered and uninterested in helping. She kept speaking over me while I was trying to convey what I was hoping for and repeatedly tried to upsell me even after I clearly explained my budget of $150. This was not my idea of a grand gesture for a birthday gift. I specifically asked for peonies to be the centerpiece, and what was delivered felt lackluster, underwhelming, and lacking creativity. The arrangement my daughter received looked much smaller and far less impressive than what I expected for the price paid and the expectations set. It did not feel grand or special at all. Overall, the customer service and final product did not match the experience I hoped for. I will not be using their services again. Edit: I've also included the pink bouquet I purchased from Imagine Flowers (Scottsdale) at the same price, delivery included.

Anyways, one of my lifelong, close friends -- an epitome in camaraderie and deep amity -- received very painful news today that her brother passed from Nature to Eternity earlier this morning. Instantly, her heartfelt pain was mine. Gazing pensively out of my window into the distance, I wondered how could I send her a pick-me-up as she lives on one side of The Mississippi Divide and I live on the other... Conundrums. After some Yelp surfing, I placed a call to Lighthouse Flower Shop five minutes before they were scheduled to open, spoke to Lisa, and she treated me like the most important being in the vast galaxy. Nice. Following small talk, chuckles, and giggles -- all confirmation signs, perhaps, from the Universe -- I knew I was in the right place, a precious place. Yes. Thought for a minute about the tone to a measured memo, a nice note, for the card. Then placed my order at a terrific price, and sat back and waited like a precocious plumb nine year old waiting for the magic to happen on Christmas, notwithstanding the ache and pain my friend was embracing and enduring! Life. Long story short: My dear friend loved the gesture and the floral arrangement saying, "The flowers are beautiful. My goodness. Thank you... my heart is glowing because someONE (you) wanted to show me your heart... genuinely." Awe. And the rest speaks for itself. (Insert happy faces, red hearts, and blue people hugs here. Go nuts!)

ELEMENTARY, MY DEAR, WATSON…read more Sherlock Holmes would have found this place brilliant and budding with colors. It is elementary for flower shops to carry a range of floral and plant types to which this shop does. The arrangement created was pretty and whimsical and made on a same day order. This is a better alternative to big box stores for its variety, availability, customization, and time sensitive requests. There's even a wide arrange of vases you can choose from, which is a better selection than you can get at the large grocery stores. They also have small selection of gifts and cards to go with the flowers. Support small business, support local!

The flowers themselves turned out beautifully. Unfortunately, the experience afterward was heartbreaking. When we arrived home and unwrapped the bouquet, I discovered that the 1930s pearl clasp had been torn off and the pearls were covered with floral tape. I reached out twice and was eventually told that the clasp had been found at the shop and that repairs would be looked into. That was on Sunday. I understood that repairs would take time, but after hearing nothing for several days, I followed up on Thursday simply to ask for the clasp back. Rachel was apologetic, and while I appreciate that, the level of communication and customer service did not meet what I would expect--especially after I shared how upsetting this situation was. A brief midweek update acknowledging the issue and explaining next steps would have gone a long way, but instead I had to initiate every follow-up. Rachel did offer to reimburse the cost of repairing the necklace, but the most difficult part is that I was never told what happened to the heirloom until I discovered the damage myself. That lack of transparency is deeply disappointing. If you are considering using Watsons Flowers and have a meaningful or irreplaceable item you want incorporated into your bouquet, I would strongly caution against it unless you are prepared for the possibility that it could be damaged.

My husband and son picked up the florals just before the ceremony at Amanda's home office, our order was so small and the ceremony was nearby, so it was better to pick up the flowers ourselves. The one and only error on the order was there were supposed to be ribbons around each centerpiece vase. But we easily tied some extra ribbon around each vase at the ceremony venue. The bride loved the bouquets, the centerpieces were lovely, we were very pleased with all the florals. Amanda added eucalyptus leaves as an accent to the vases and bouquets, all looked beautiful. They truly lasted and were used on Thursday at both the ceremony and reception venues, then again on Saturday at a second informal reception at the newlyweds' home. Amanda is very creative and is a total flower nut, and I say that as a compliment. My daughter wanted a very traditional "look" and was a tiny bit nervous about Amanda, since she features very unusual florals on her website. But Amanda "delivered" with fresh and beautiful flowers in the right colors, the bouquets sized exactly right, and charming accents. Butterfly Petals gets an A minus, only because the ribbons were not on the vases as specified in the order. I would have no hesitation in recommending Butterfly Petals.
