For those thinking of switching here are some highlights: Free Chequeing Account that offers free e-transfers, and teller services at fee when needed (try that Pretty Crappy (PC) Finical, or Your Customer Service is Poorer than you think (Tangerine), Access to the Exchange Network for ATMs (Almost every Credit Union and every Mac's Milk in Ontario, among others), better TFSA interest than PC or Tangerine, and actual customer service, not Mr. Account 1234-5678. What's not to love?

The staff here is friendly and attentive and although there are sometimes line-ups, they do try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Whenever we have issues, they are more than happy to help, and if there are any problems on their end, we get a phone call right away and it gets cleared up.
