So I've gone to RC's twice and have loved my experience both times. Service is great, location is beautiful, and sanitation is a priority. The first time I went I used their threading and waxing services. Both were on point. The second time, my mom and I got a facial- it was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. The only thing I would improve is being told their was availability for two facials that their be two people ready to take us to the facial area in the back. First time customer- no complaints. I got a Brazilian wax with the tea tree oil. The woman who did my waxing made it quick and easy. She explained which waxing would be best. I will say that this place is a bit higher than some of the other places I have gone to. Truth be told- she was extremely professional, knowledgeable. I can appreciate that didn't do too much talking. When she was finished, she convinced me to get the roll on ingrown hair removal which has witch hazel and tea tree oil. Their sugar scrubs smell amazing but I already have two at home. I spent $50 for the waxing and $24 for the roll on. Keep in mind, I got the cheaper of the waxes they offer. I want to start off by saying I had a great experience the first time I went to the salon. I got my brows threaded, and they looked great. The lady listened to me. I've had bad experiences in the past with my brows, and I thought this was going to be another one. It wasn't. The looked amazing. So because I had such a great experience with my brows, I went back to get a vajacial. First of all, the lady asked me no less than 3 times what my name was. Every time she'd leave the room and come back, she'd ask my name. This was so frustrating because she wasn't listening. I've had vajacials done other places so I know the steps. She didn't cleanse the area. Then she put the steam on and left the room. Then she exfoliate and left the room. She did this after each part of the service. I could hear her across the hall with another client. After the mask, she said she was finished. There was no extractions of ingrown hairs done. They had the nerve to charge $50 for this service that they call a "treatment" vajacial. When I told I was not happy they give me a $10 discount. That was the worst service that I ever had. Not satisfied, poor hygiene, poor technique, she did not mark the area to be bladed, she went with the flow and each of my eyebrows look nothing like the other. The are not asymmetrical at all. I brought a picture of the brows I wanted which I look nothing like at the end. Little to no respect for your time, they told me an hour, I was there for 3 an half hours, I just wish I knew. No draping for the procedure, she did not wear gloves while holding a blade to my eyebrows bleeding and her palm resting over my mouth, I was terrified. Even more so when I realize she was going from another client to me back and fourth without washing her hands. I don't know if she didn't see anything wrong with that. I waited after a few visits down to write this review. This is a great place on the southside to get your eyebrows threaded. I went in search of a new place because my eyebrow lady closed down after covid and after a few months of not getting them done I couldn't take it anymore! Everyone knows you are a different person after you get your eyebrows done lol. You look and feel like a whole new person and I needed that feeling back so i went in search of a new place. One that was convenient and operating normally (as normal as you can get nowadays) and this one popped up. The staff is all friendly, the prices are affordable and they are very quick and as pain free as threading can be. They are located in the Fayetteville pavilion right next to the GNC so it is easily accessible and plenty of parking. When i first starting coming here they did take your temperature before seating you but they didnt this last visit so Im unsure if they still have that procedure in place. They have hand sanitizer available that the ladies do use prior to starting and they wipe down the chairs. They also have contactless pay ie google or apple pay. I cant speak to any of their other services but they also offer eyebrow tinting, lashes, full body waxing and facials. read more

FINALLY Fayetteville has a salon that offers threading with traditional salon hours. I happened upon this place because the lady who normally threads my brows didn't respond to my text. I am normally a loyal customer but I have an event this weekend so I had to ditch my loyalty. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place on YELP. The ladies were friendly. The place is clean and simply but pleasantly decorated. I am VERY pleased with the service and I will be back for my eyebrow maintenance. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't like threading my eyebrows it's just extremely uncomfortable for me. Yesterday I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady kept saying I needed to get my brows threaded for the little hairs of course trying to up sell. I let her do the threading as she was so persistent. She threaded eyebrows so hard that the thread broke and cut my skin. I now have scabs underneath my eyebrows where the skin was pierced from a service I continually told the tech that I didn't want. She didn't even show me brows after the service had been completed because she knew what she had done. DO NOT COME HERE. They only care about making a dollar with no regard to the quality of the actual service. read more

Great company & my new go-to in fayetteville ! I came here because i love getting my brows threaded but didn't want to travel 30+ minutes. Conveniently this was their second day opening and the woman, assumingely "RC" was so welcoming and made me so comfortable. I have nothing to complain about. She ended up doing both mine and my sister's eyebrows for free so we went ahead and got the tint. The tint looks so perfect and fits my face better than i could have imagined. She recommended what i should do to make my brows thicker and she took my number down and set my appointment for a few weeks out. Pretty disappointing, it was my first time going here and honestly I do a much better job of tweezing,cleaning and tinting my eyebrows myself. Also I was rather surprised a place that specializes in henna claimed they have never heard of henna tinting for brows. I was ALSO surprised the woman threaded them but didn't tweeze the small extra hairs left over that the thread didn't get. Not to mention the tint seemed clumpy in certain areas. I just don't think I should of paid what I had considering there were small bits of hair left over, and the tint was somewhat sloppy. Mind you I paid $23 in total for an eyebrow thread & tint. The eyebrow threading is $8 and the tinting is $15. I gave her a 20% tip because I assumed she did a good job, it was wrong of me to assume. Oh well, back to doing it myself. read more

I've been coming here for a while now because it's like the only place that's close to me that offers threading, which they do an excellent job on. However, I'm extremely disappointed today because I came in and asked for an eyebrow wax because threading doesn't have the sharp edge that I like, and was immediately told that "threading is better" and that she could give me the result I wanted. She did not. So now I'm dissatisfied and upset with the results and the service. This isn't the first time that they've tried to get me to do something other than what I specifically asked for as far as waxing vs threading. Yes, it's my fault for not sticking to my gut and declining what they were offering but it would be extremely nice if I could come in here and get what I asked for, not be told or persuaded to do what they think is better. Went here for brow threading and tint. When she applied the tint she let it stay in for too long the next day I woke up with swollen eyes and burns on my browns because they didn't use any neutralizer or moisturizer after. Do not get your brows tinted here. read more
