This is the worst eyebrow threading place I have ever been to…read more On 01/17/26, I had my eyebrows done by an older woman who showed absolutely no customer service skills. She was on the phone the entire time during my service. She threaded one eyebrow, then stopped to answer a call. Then she did the second eyebrow and answered another call. It was extremely unprofessional. After threading, I agreed to eyebrow tinting, even though I was already nervous since it was my first time there. On top of that, I am six months pregnant and very uncomfortable. I made it clear that I needed someone who would listen to me and work efficiently because sitting for long periods is difficult for me. I explicitly told them I was uncomfortable due to my pregnancy, so she was fully aware. Before the tinting started, I clearly explained that I wanted my brows light with a natural fade in the front. I specifically said I did not want boxy eyebrows. Despite this, she kept messing up and had to ask a coworker for help. The entire time she was applying the tint, she remained on the phone. Once she finished applying it, she actually stepped outside the store to continue her call, leaving me sitting there. I immediately expressed to another employee that this was not what I wanted. She tried to help by wiping the front of my brows, but I repeatedly told her I just wanted the tint completely removed. The tint was staining the rest of my face because of how poorly it had been applied. She told me no and said I needed to wait 10 minutes. Five minutes later, she was still the only one helping me because the original technician had not returned. I told her again that I could not wait and that the tint needed to come off immediately. When the original lady finally came back after her coworker had already wiped the tint off my face, I started crying and explained that this was not what I asked for and that I felt completely ignored throughout the service. Instead of apologizing, her coworker suggested putting concealer on my face. I clearly said no, I just wanted everything removed. At the register, the same rude technician offered me 25% off. I declined and again explained my concerns. She gave me attitude and claimed that I had been there several times before, which was not true. I had already told her while sitting in the chair that I had just moved to Atlanta from Arizona. That alone proves she was not listening to me at any point. She then tried to force me to pay $25. I refused and told her I would only be paying for the threading service and nothing else. Do not come here unless you like boxy eyebrows. They also overcharge for tint. A box of tint costs around $5 and can be used on 20 or more clients. Tinting should not cost more than $7. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing, especially as a pregnant customer who clearly communicated her needs. My family members sent me here.... Trust me when I say, none of us will ever come back to this establishment.... Hope you fire that individual!

I am going to give her grace because perhaps it was an off day however, I do not have to patronize a visit with my hard earned money if I'm not going to be respected. Allow me to say that the salon is not the most elegant is it the most clean. Certain things I have overlooked however, now I see that they are starting to add up charges for services when they did not before. If I am going to be subjected to premium prices, then I expect to be indulged in an atmosphere to where I am not seeing supplies in the bathroom or smelling the lunch of the technicians prepared in the back that fuses throughout the salon. To add to this the services offered are limited. The color choices or from cat eye or chrome or subpar compared to other salon however, the pricing is equivalent. Although the salon is fairly close and proximity, I will be seeking another salon for services moving forward.
