I needed someone to check the electrical system for a 1969 house that we were going to buy. The owner, Jason, gave an estimate and let us know what needed to be fixed. The inspection price was very reasonable and he was able to check out the house quickly. The sellers used him to update the electrical system before we moved into the house. Because no one could be in the house during the process, the sellers chose to move out several days prior to closing. Overall, he was very professional, priced reasonably and kind. Robert and his son worked tirelessly, taking everything apart and cleaning the parts thoroughly. They laid drop cloths and vacuumed up any dirt before they left, leaving everything as new! Robert clearly knows his stuff - answered all of my questions and when they had finished, they now blow way harder than before and much colder (and now cleaner, too!). Brian was at my house the next day after I requested an estimate to replace my breaker panel. He assessed the job thoroughly, removing several panels to get a real understanding of my antique electrical system (none of the other contractors I called took this step). His estimate was the best, and far below the highest estimate that I had received -- it pays to shop around. While assessing my system, Brian noticed a problem with one of my lighting fixtures and fixed it on the spot, apparently because he loves electrical work -- he wouldn't take any money. Brian coordinated with other PPE professionals to obtain the necessary permits, and his team of three worked all day to install a new panel and bring order out of chaos. Other contractors cited "problems" with my old system that would cause extra work/expense, but Brian dismissed these, demonstrating rare integrity and honesty. The inspector passed the work in minutes, adding appreciatively, "You've got a real good job there." PPE stays busy, so book them early!
