I hired RCM Restoration Service for water mitigation at my home, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Rcm dropped off a small amount of equipment, left it sitting and running in my home for an extended period beyond what I was told, and then came back later to pick it up without completing any of the actual mitigation work listed in their estimate. No demolitions, no antimicrobial treatment, no debris removal, no monitoring, no labor. Nothing. When I asked why the equipment sat for so long and why the job never moved forward, I was told by both the pickup technician and the account manager that the original employee who delivered the equipment and assigned the demolition work was "no longer with the company." Their internal staffing issues directly delayed my repairs and left me with incomplete service. My experience with RCM has been marked by poor communication, lack of documentation, internal disorganization, and aggressive billing for incomplete work. I cannot recommend this company based on what I went through. read more

RCM did a great job on our project. When the unexpected happens, you have to depend on companies to get you back to "whole". The Office Manager provided great communication, great customer service, addressed all of my questions and followed up in a timely manner. When the workers came to my home, they took great care with our items, did a fantastic job with cleanup and organization of our damaged items. The team even took extra effort to organize other areas of the home not damaged. This was a huge plus! We hoped we would never have to call a restoration company; unfortunately we had a fire caused by a faulty dryer. The damage was upsetting enough but it was heart breaking to see our precious furniture, many of sentimental value so badly damaged. RCM sent their technician who was great. He was quickly able to identify and remove our valuable pieces. Drying equipment was set up and all the items that were beyond repair recorded and promptly removed, he did everything in his power to make us comfortable. RCM has handled 3 different claims for me over the years. YES 3! I worked with one of the Techs names Roderick who was really professional and always on time with his crew. RCM made everything easy to understand when explaining the process. I had a lot of high valve items in my home that I was afraid would be broken or "lost".
