After a week, they came in to make the repairs and cut another hole crooked and took all the pieces they cut in the hallway and in the unit with them, which makes repairing the hole more difficult and takes longer. They dropped the hatch in the ceiling and cut into the wall without asking if anyone had allergies..or are asthmatic, which I am. I was trying to have conversations with law enforcement and others and they had NO consideration! Arrived without any notice to set a time. Furthermore, there was a BRAND NEW TOILET SEAT COVER put on two days prior. The worked needing done was above the toilet and in the shower so --- the bright idea of the day ---- the worker decided to stand on top of it in his work boots.... And DID NOT TAKE 2 MINUTES TO COVER THE SEAT... so it got ALL SCRATCHED UP! Lastly, they did NOT CLEAN UP ANYTHING AND LEFT A MESS - water on the toilet seat - not wiped off.... Debris everywhere and big holes in the wall in the bathroom and in the hallway outside my unit 338. No consideration for the human being in the unit and their time and how they were going to clean up a huge mess and replace a brand new item! I would recommend checking elsewhere! The marks and wetness are difficult to see but I marked all the black chips and marks that won't come off just because something couldn't be lied over it .

First, after 2 months, the tech from Thornton came to fix our AC, I could see him outside in the heat repairing the unit, he even stayed overtime to finish. Then my garbage disposal stopped working, I hadn't used it since I avoided everything because of the heat. We tried to fix it but only succeeded sending brackish water to the dishwasher. I got some good feedback on how to clean that mess up too. I would day Bruce Thornton runs a great company and has quality personnel. If I ever get a house I will be calling them for support.

After speaking with them and them understanding my situation they were able to get here the next day. I got a new heating and air conditioning unit and went ahead and had my hot water heater replaced because it was very old. I got a new hot water heater, a new heating and air conditioning unit, a new thermostat and a new friend in Nugent. It is now the end of January and I have had no problems with anything that they did for me. I am still I'll but I am warm. I will never use anybody except for Nugent mechanical and I suggest to anybody needing help with the services they provide to call them first. You will be happy about choosing Nugent. They are kind, courteous, professional and affordable.

It is now Wednesday (June 1st) in the afternoon and we just had a contractor call to come fix the AC. He was unprofessional, blamed the rental company and short with me. I told him we no longer needed him as by the grace of God, another contractor with the same company had already come out Monday since we had an inside contact with and old property manager who was able to get the contractor out to fix the AC in what literally took 10 minutes (capacitor). The contract on the phone this afternoon blamed them being short staffed, behind and having only one technician working on the holiday. Appliances don't take holidays so that was unacceptable. Would not recommend this company as they clearly lack customer services, resources, and care for customers. Thank God we only went 1.5 days without AC in this triple digit heat which otherwise would have been 4 days!! DO NOT USE NUGENT.

Reme Halo installation…read more Update: Within days of my review (below), Nate, the manager over HVAC at Sinclair, contacted me. He subsequently met me at my home to review how CFM is calculated, based on square footage of home and the tonnage of the HVAC system. He assured me that the technician made the proper shroud apeture calibrations. Then he went above and beyond to double-check that the unit is wired to "always be on" which required him to go up into the freezing cold attic. He made sure I was completely satisfied and had all my questions answered, even inviting me to call if additional arise. Nate leads by example with excellent customer service, and it shows in his crew. (Original post:) Glad to finally get the Rem Halo UV system installed. The technician found a kinked air duct going to the kitchen and took the time to fix it for us. Great service! I use Sinclair a lot and definitely recommend them.The technician did not measure the CFM airflow feeding the supply side of my HVAC, which is necessary to properly adjust the Reme shroud aperture opening as indicated in the owners manual. He just left the shroud apeture fully open, which could shorten its life and generate an ozone odor. I didn't like that part. It's just lazy. Perhaps Sinclare will send over someone to measure CFM and make the proper adjustments. They are a good, reliable company.

Issues with coils they replaced in attic. They were defective so not Sinclairs fault. They replaced…read morewith another coil but it had leaked and a large piece of ceiling had to be replaced. Sinclair paid for all of that and to paint entire ceiling. Painter never came to see how it looked after. Also didn't cover everything. We spent hours cleaning paint off counter tops, cabinets, and floor tile. They also got paint down on walls. I went to Sinclair with pictures. Manager was out and staff said he would call me. I never received a call so we were left cleaning the mess and I will have to Paint the walls where they let the rollers hit the walls.

Two days ago they completed major repairs on my system. They warned me that the outside motor might fail soon, but it was still working fine at the time, so we scheduled a replacement for three months later. Everything else they fixed came out better than before it quit. That alone would have been enough for me to call them again. But what happened next... woah. Sometimes God laughs at our plans. The very unit we had planned to replace in three months died early. The owner came out himself. What company has an owner who shows up after hours? It was 6 p.m., 92 degrees inside the house, and the owner was at my door. He wasn't some fluff corporate guy. He was the kind of man who doesn't mind a dirty shirt. He was the only one there, and he did the work himself. He was so kind to me that I was completely overwhelmed with gratitude. He didn't charge me. No company does that. He simply said, "We take care of our customers. You trusted us with a big repair, and we're going to help you." Is this customer care in the style of 1973! Do not waste your time with any other heating and air company. You'd be a total fool not to call this one. Just call Hart.
