I am recently widowed, therefore very wary of being taken advantage of as can often happen to someone in my position. In my search for a contractor, Rash Home Improvement was recommended to me. I called them to set up an appointment to get an estimate, and the response was almost immediate. Tim Rash met me at my home, discussed with me what I wanted done, advised me on the best course of action and materials to use, but also listened to what I wanted. Tim & Jeremy Rash and their crew are fast, efficient, and thorough. Their work is excellent! They are all very professional, very polite, friendly, and respectful, but most of all honest and trustworthy. There were some hiccups in getting materials in (not their fault at all) but Tim kept in constant communication with me giving me updates. When they said they would be there, they were there. I was given updates on their progress and projected completion dates, and those deadlines were met every time. They went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. They finished their work on my home yesterday, and it looks amazing!! I will, without hesitation, call Rash Home Improvement anytime in the future I need anything done to my home.

At this point, all of their work needs to be ripped out and redone, and we have lost everything we paid to Clean Cut Contracting. The owner, Chris, is beyond a scam artist and his workers have no absolutely no knowledge of construction whatsoever. Additionally, they ripped the wires out of our security cameras and changed the locks to our property, leaving us unable to access it. Their employees were also doing drugs while working on our properties, and we caught them doing so on numerous occasions. Please don't walk, run from this company before you become their next victim.

The electrician that came out couldn't figure out how to do it. I think he was focused on drilling down into the stud and the attic did not give enough room for the drilling. I got a referral from a friend and called Patrick Logan who came out and looked at it and said you needed to first cut the hole for the outlet box and then drill up into the stud from inside the house and he had it installed within an hour and a half. Electrician also wasn't able to give estimates on the job or what it would cost to install the ceiling fan he installed. I will find out when I get the bill. I gave three stars instead of one because he did a good job installing the ceiling fan. I'm just glad I went with a second opinion on the outlet box.

Project manager was in Europe at the time but once he returned, he jumped on it and the owner contacted me that same evening. Turned out the nails were supposed to be there but the former roof did not have that transition metal. I will definitely hire them for projects in the future.
