Our water quit working. We contacted the Pump Connection and they immediately scheduled us. They…read morearrived promptly. They did electrical tests and confirmed that there was a short, indicating a bad pump/wiring to the pump. Upon pulling the pump, they discovered a bad check valve, likely leading to the failure of the pump. Their derrick truck was able to easily pull out the many, connected 20 foot pipes and the pump, from the bottom of the well. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled. They had the replacement pump, piping and check valve on their truck. We estimated the cost of the service call and the final price was so much lower than our guess, that I was amazed. I would recommend this company to anyone. They explained everything to us and even checked our pressure tank.
