Lo and behold they came back to me with a report that claimed I now needed to repair multiple issues that had no bearing on system function and issues that had been present for several years earlier that they had not mentioned before. Said it would cost me several thousand dollars. Evidently this is tactic they have been using for some time knowing that homeowners will be highly inclined to pay for whatever, to not risk losing the sale of their home. Since then, I have spoken with someone else who they did the same thing to. Beware.
