I showed up unannounced and met John the owner, although I didn't know at the time he was the owner. I could see they were very busy (3 weeks out) but John took care of me and helped me get back on the road. It was a good thing this happened when it did because he checked the other 5 wheels/bearings and they were dry as well. He took care of replacing the hub and getting my trailer back up and running and I made it back home to Ohio with no problems! John and his team did an amazing job and I really appreciate him helping me out in a time of need. I was shocked when I got the bill as he was more than fair, I had to pay him extra just to feel better about him helping me out at a drop of a hat.
