The owner says he writes things down to remember but when I brought the parts he told me to buy he said I don't remember and didn't write it down. The lady also said bring it on a Sunday. I did that. And then he came out and said I need it during the week instead. I don't even live here! I told them that several times. I called several times to coordinate and nothing they told me was remembered written down or abided by. My recommendation.. pick another tire shop. All over the internet, it says Ford MAKES this vehicle in a 2025 or 2026 model year. But according to the dealer, they don't stock them because anyone wanting such a vehicle would just pay more for an F-150. I DIDN'T EVEN WANT A FORD AT ALL, but was making an exception because I liked the LOOK of the Maverick, and I needed both a boat-towing vehicle and a vehicle with the best gas mileage I could find. The hybrid Maverick with 4k towing was a perfect. Within a 500 mile range, the only 4k hybrid Maverick I could find was at Labelle Ford (LF). I made an appointment for as soon as I got off of work and rushed from Cape Coral to Labelle. LF and I traded a lot of text messages that day (and the next), but it was apparent that they weren't listening to my needs. They kept trying to sell me a gas Maverick. Or a hybrid without the towing package. The hybrid with 4K turned out to be a unicorn because someone had messed up the listing. I went to the lot anyway because they had a used hybrid that had been modified by the prior owner to tow more than 2K. Upon arrival (rather than being texted in my rush to the lot), I was told the used Maverick had just sold. The next day at 10am, I get a message that there's another used Maverick just taken in on trade. What?! You take in a trade, build a sales page for it, and have it drive-ready by 10am but didn't have it at 7pm the night before? Anyway, that one ALSO wasn't a hybrid AND didn't have the 4K package, so it was like they still weren't listening. There were a couple other hiccups, including the offices smelling ENTIRELY of smoke due to people smoking right outside the open office door. But mainly, the misinformation and feeling like I wasn't being listened to regarding my needs left me feeling like I would probably not return. But like I said, Abe (and other staff) was personable and good to work with.

They claimed to change the oil but it was black 1400 miles later. They ordered a part, set up appt., we drove there and was promised a ride back but never expected in our own vehicle. 6 trips back and forth and the part wasn't installed. Then we were promised a loaner car and that didn't happen either. This was not a cheap truck F150 Lariat 2024, 7000 miles. Stay away!
