Arrived at the garage on time and went to the desk. The service writer (not the one I dealt with in the past) could not find any record of me being there in the past which I found puzzling, because I had been there with both my cars twice. Ok, chalked that up to a computer glitch. My Subaru outback is up on the lift for some time when the service writer present me with a $1400.00 estimate for tires, brakes etc.. Then the technician informs me that the oil drain plug was stripped by the previous person that did the oil change and was I willing to pay for a new one. I agreed. They then said they couldn't get it off, but if I was willing, they would try to chisel it off, but it might destroy the oil pan and I would have to to pay for it. I then said that they were the last one to do an oil change on the car and should look at the sticker on the wind shield. They then miraculously found me on their computer. I elected to not let them continue as I had lost trust in them. I went else where and they removed/replaced the drain plug with no problem. As far as the $1400.00 estimate, the other place said I had many more miles to go before I needed brakes or tires (2021 with 3400 mi).

I was Lied to about my Pickup truck: My Pickup was dropped…read moreoff on March/2021 and I patiently waited over 13 months fueled by empty promises by John. I called Every other week and either someone was being hired to check my initial electrical issue, or parts were arriving for a new belt, battery, etc..., or "Fluids" needed to be changed on the Pickup. At the end there was apparently something always being done to this Pickup. After over a year he told me that he had the vehicle running and he was going to test it out driving it around and then out of nowhere according to him the car stopped working when I was going to Pick it up. Besides other promises about an additional vehicle which I am not even going to go into details..... I ended up taking the car from this repair shop and had a mechanic check to see if all of these new items that apparently were replaced were actually repaired and completed. To my surprise 13 months were waisted as the mechanic checked fluids, belts, battery, etc and nothing was done..... Its is sad as John seemed like an honest guy. I am really patient (13 months plus patient) and really wanted to give him the opportunity to make things right. I have attempted to call but either he is never able to "pick up the phone", or avoids my call or continues with excuse after excuse. I have been nothing but respectful and patient with John. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANY OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
