I called and…read moreasked if I could get my phone repaired because my phone fell out of my pocket and the screen hit a rock, which caused the screen to have a big white line from the top to the bottom of my phone. He said he could get it fixed and it would only take an hour. When I took it in he realized that he didn't have the screen for it, but could get it overnighted so that it could get done the next day. I thought that was reasonable and agreed. Over the next three days I kept having to call and he would tell me one excuse after another of why it wasn't done. First 2 days he said that the screen wasn't on the truck. The third day that I called and started to lose my patience he finally admitted to not ordering it. He did promise that if he didn't get it fixed he would give a full refund. Finally on Friday I got to get my phone back and there was someone else in the shop. When I got home, I had realized that the screen wasn't right because it is suppose to be from edge to edge. This is not the case. There is clearly a thick black outline around the screen. Not only that but there was a small flicker of a line that shows up every now and then. But to make matters worse the back wasn't even glued on. I called and told him the problems and told him I wanted my money back on the same day which was Friday. He said that he was out of town and that he would give me the refund when he opened back up at 9 on Sunday. When I got there, he wasn't there even though the open sign was lite up. I had to call yet again and he said he would be there in 5 minutes and then promptly hung up on me. He did show up within the 5 minutes and when I went in to show him the phone he said well everything is functional and that he doesn't give refunds. I tried to show him the flicker of light and the edge around the phone but he just kept saying it was functional. He then said that I would then need to call his lawyer and started walking out of the shop. This was a very frustrating situation and it was not resolved like it should have been. I know that sometimes we all have off days, but you should still stand behind your work.

He told my wife that we were responsible for replacing it at a $150 cost. She told him we are not responsible if he breaks a tool and that we would not pay it. He said that if she wouldn't pay him, he would take us to court. He refused to finish cutting the larger trunk pieces and left due to an emergency. Bottom line, he did not complete the job he was hired for.

I got ahold of _________, said he would drive down and make it happen with the latest greatest commercial snake. He arrived on time, and proceeded to review my issue. After checking it out, he proceeded to WINCH, yes I said WINCH that commercial brute out of his van and went to work. The crap he pulled out of that 4 inch main. Socks, other parts of clothing and the main culprit 30 years of degrated coins, that had fused together I imagined the pipe to be like an 85 year old man's arteries that ate bacon for 83 of those years. By the time he was done it was free flowing and looking good. Great guy, very fair price and made sure it was clear running it through couple times. Great job, would recommend this guy anytime. Clearly takes his time to do it right.

Bringing this Gerbes into a city like this, I thought it would fall to the level of some of the people that inhabit the city and surrounding country. I thought this place would be dirty and run down when I got there, but it most of brought a sense of pride to the city, as people kept it clean and presentable. It definatly stands out in this city, where most everything, inlcuding the wal-mart has lost it's shine.
