Ok, I should be ashamed that I have not finished this review. Here goes: I am a commercial laundromat owner. Therefore, water pressure, water flow, temp etc are Paramount to keeping business open and machines running. Needless to say, on a Saturday my freaking main drain line clogged up. Was it a sock, inner sole of a shoe, thong underwear, bra strap, coins who the hell knows this time. Well, I called several places everyone else quoted me pretty high as well not that I expected great it's on a weekend. Lots of places said they were closed. I got ahold of _________, said he would drive down and make it happen with the latest greatest commercial snake. He arrived on time, and proceeded to review my issue. After checking it out, he proceeded to WINCH, yes I said WINCH that commercial brute out of his van and went to work. The crap he pulled out of that 4 inch main. Socks, other parts of clothing and the main culprit 30 years of degrated coins, that had fused together I imagined the pipe to be like an 85 year old man's arteries that ate bacon for 83 of those years. By the time he was done it was free flowing and looking good. Great guy, very fair price and made sure it was clear running it through couple times. Great job, would recommend this guy anytime. Used another sewer drain company and a week later it backed up again. Their response was "we didn't guarantee our work" do I contacted Performance Plumbing. A few hours later on a Saturday evening they were there and made absolutely sure it was open. Even said they would come back in next 30 days if it happened again. Recommend them highly. read more

Jacob returned my call the same day and asked that I send a picture of the problem area. After receiving the picture he called backed, made a recommendation, gave me a verbal esitmate and scheduled time the next day. Upon arrival he reviewed the over all problem and made a recommendation to replace an on/off valve (old and worn), and some new pipe that would correct the original problem. After replacing everything he noticed a small leak on one of the couplings, he did all he could to stop the leak but was not successful. He return the next day and disassembled the repaired pipes and reassembled the repaired pipes. The repair is now complete. Jacob explained what the procedure was and there was no surprise when all was completed. I will use Jacob for any future needs. read more

These guys are awesome. I have had a few issues with our sewer and this is by far the best company. Most importantly they have the best auger with 120' line that is very quiet (which is good because they had to come out at 11 pm). It also has a computer that controls it which was pretty fancy and seemed to work perfectly for our situation.They stuck around until the problem was fixed and I felt like I got my money's worth while working with them. He answered the phone when I called (no voice mail or need to call back to schedule an appt), came out in the time frame he promised (90 minutes), fixed my clogged sink within an hour, and charged a very reasonable price. My husband and I liked his friendly manner, too. I needed a plumber for this job in the early afternoon on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Jacob was the third plumber I called. The bigger companies I called first told me they could not send anyone until either Saturday or Sunday. My kitchen was basically unusable for cooking since my two-basin sink was stopped up on both sides, so that was not acceptable. I am so glad I kept looking and called Jacob. I had a blocked kitchen drain and the clean-outs are under the house (whaaat???). Jacob came out the same day and was able to access the drain from the Kitchen. He snaked out the pipes and then stayed around to wash the remnants down the drain and make sure that all connected drains flowed smoothly. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, fast and well priced. On time, efficient and polite, we were very happy with the service and the price was reasonable. A discovered problem with the floor in the main bath (uneven mounting surface) was pointed out to us. The new toilet seemed solid to me although we were told he would come back if it didn't stay solid over time. Great small company, friendly service and timely. I heard Jacob was a cheap and flexible plumber. I ended up feeling like my time didn't matter and he didn't want to help. On a Friday, Jacob mentioned he could come in on saturday but "had a family". Totally understandable! We're more than okay and understanding. Monday instead, he had to change times once and we were okay with that. He asked "if something was stuck, I'd have to take the whole toilet off." I soon texted something was stuck, inferring he would know to remove the toilet. He saw. Come Monday Jacob arrives hours before scheduled. That is okay, I wouldnt take a star off but after talking to him it was a clear disregard for a customer's time. He is "booked until Friday". With no fixation on customer service. He changed schedule multiple times and without communication arrived, he was condescending and carless or without empathy. He knew what the job entailed and was not prepared to finish it in a timely manner. For one of those, and a job finished I would give a lot more stars. For all of those, one. read more

Jacob was awesome. I chose him because I appreciated that he was the owner and the one doing the work, and his good communication and high work standards proved me right. He confirmed our appointment via text on the day he was scheduled to come and was right on time. We had terrible water pressure in our kitchen sink and two showers, as well as a problem with the drain in the bathroom sink. The water pressure problem involved a lot of trouble shooting to figure out what was wrong, and Jacob was incredibly persistent and creative really in finding a solution. In the end he managed to fix the kitchen faucet and save me having to replace what was a relatively new faucet (and $100+).
