The Good: - large check in/out station to drop off/pick up keys - cashier station to purchase parts and supplies if maintenance is not required - waiting area is clean and big with large L-sectional bonded leather couch which is extremely comfy, counter table with computer available, coffee table with magazines, candies, and hot water beverage - store front and waiting room has no visibility of the garage and no smell of grease in the air - experienced auto technicians/mechanics (including customized automobile) - customer service representatives always manning the store front and picking up the phone prior to 3 rings - employee fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin - keeps data records of your automobile and visit requests - no greasy hands handling transaction from end-to-end The Bad: - limited parking space but there are reserved spots for customers. It's a plaza issue not fault of the company Conclusion: My automobile is 11 years old and has been to 4 dealership/shop through its lifetime. I have been a customer since 2009 because they're honest, reliable and affordable. Works they've done were wheel alignment, insurance claim (stereo got stolen in a parking lot where my windows got smashed) paint work and regular check-ups. Their wait time is acceptable; I've never waited more than 30 minutes for an oil change with appointments. Of course, if you're dropping in without an appointment, you may wait longer. Like today, I waited 1 hour which is acceptable for a last minute appointment that I called on Saturday after Good Friday long weekend. I can assume after the long weekend, their extremely busy as everyone wants to change tires for spring as I was one of them who need that plus an oil change.

They will tell you they don't know how much to fix before you drop the car and take all the money insurance gave you when picking up the car. Just find a bodyshop yourself which may be much cheaper.

Poor knowledge about their products. - When you ask the staff questions regarding gear, like gear armor rating, helmet certification, glove material, etc. They will go to their computer and read off their website for you. Unfortunately, I already read the info on their website and know the information is lacking there, which is why I asked them in the first place... 3. Severe lack of inventory and premium prices. - Nothing wrong with charging 10-15% higher prices compared to web based dealers, I will pay for the convenience and access to a large showroom and see gear in person. Oh wait, nothing is in stock! If you did some research, you'll come to realize that what they have plenty in stock is sub-par rated gear and still cost a premium. I understand if there isn't much gear stores around the area. If you must come here, be sure to bring a knowledgeable buddy to make sure you don't get trash at a premium. While the sales-person was knowledgeable and responsive it appears their customer service is based upon the premise of "look surprised...show concern...do nothing". While my bike was delivered 3 weeks later I suspect their business model in this regard is driven by the mere fact that their service department may be much more profitable servicing rather than assembling motorcycles. On the positive side...the actual delivery and assembly was excellent. Interestingly others on this forum have had a very similar experience.

Once I arrived I found my phone to be dead and my car empty of gas. There was no one home where I was so I headed to Petro canada on tenth line. When I pulled in, I met "Inder" the gas attendant who was so friendly and kind. I was in distress and he calmed me down saying he would charge my phone so not too worry. Unfortunately my charger did not fit his charger. He advised that I could purchase a charger which I agreed and waited for my phone to charge so I could purchase the gas and charger. I offered to pay Inder a $20 tip for his incredible service and kindness which he declined. But I hope his team and bosses give him a raise for his service and acknowledge what an incredible person and worker he is. Thank you Inder for your kindness and service during my stressful ordeal. They ended up giving me some great advice for purchasing my first motorcycle even though it was not them that I got it from. I went into the store at the service department to ask a few questions on motorcycle maintenance. This middle age lady with short hair greeted me with no respect. The first thing that she said to me was "what do you need". Then I asked her for a filter that would fit my motorcycle, she replies with a "are you stupid look" and says, "everyone who rides a motorcycle knows their this". I was so surprised on how she replied to me. She then tried to push me away and started saying "come back when you know which parts you want". This lady was no help at all! she was not doing her job! Few months later, just last week, I have decided to give this service department another try. I was greeted by the same lady. And just as I suspected, I get the exact same rude greetings again. This I I came in to book an appointment for an oil change. I tried to keep my conversation to a minimal with this lady since I did not want to get mad over her attitude. I asked her a question, "how long will this service take"? she replies saying, " i don't know, you can leave if you want". And she had that exact same "are you stupid" face. There is a saying, it takes years to get a good reputation from someone, but it once takes second for the person to ruin it. A great example is this place. Upon walking in this store, it's apparent that Honda hasn't so much cracked the scooter business. The store has mainly motorcycles and big ass rigs. There was one scooter in the store, the Jazz. It's a 50cc scooter, a one person small engine scooter. The MSRP is almost $3000, so it's fairly pricey. For an extra $500 you can get a 150cc Piaggio Fly (same maker as Vespa), and for $500 cheaper ($2500) you can get the 50cc Piaggio Fly. The look of the Jazz is really nice, very Vespa looking. It's a nice looking bike with good finishes. Apparently women are their biggest clients when it comes to buying scooters - who knew?! The staff there were pretty helpful, very knowledgeable of their products. He wasn't pushy or anything, we asked our questions and then he left us alone. Other than scooters and bikes, they sold a lot of helmets. They have some really cool helmets, from bucket to 3/4 to full size.

For a limited time, if you get a pumpkin spice coffee (any size), you get 100 Petro Points. I got a small cup, as I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but love pumpkin spice anything, and loved it. I also found a deal on Rolo candy with peanut butter in each morsel of chocolate goodness. I got two packs for $3. They are yummy. The woman cashing me out was polite.
