Since I had heard from our buying agent that they work to get top dollar for her sellers I expected a certain level of professionalism without any shady dealings. Once we put an offer on the house we wanted and it was accepted by the seller REO didn't bother to update the listing to ACTIVE, rather than PENDING. For those of you who are new to this, once you put an offer in on a property the listing is then pending sale rather than active. When a property is pending it's essentially yours while you cross the T's and dot the I's...all showings should cease. I mean, would you want people nosing around the house you just put a hefty deposit on?!!! REO continued to show our house while also taking backup offers. Not only was this intentionally slimy but also evidently against MLS regulations....it's not illegal but it is frowned upon within the ranks. On top of that the listing agent showed up at my new house the day we moved in to retrieve her key lock box. Nevermind that we had paid movers by the hour to move us in it's perfectly acceptable that you park yourself in our doorway ceasing all traffic while you fumble trying to get the box off our doorknob. Next time have a little courtesy and call ahead. I just thought you should know in case you're planning to put a deposit on a property and run into this group as the listing agency. Would you want people parading through the house you put your hard earned money into to lock in your offer?! Not very professional.

I currently live in a building managed by them, and when I tell you there is no urgency to help their tenants. You can call the office, leave multiple emails, voicemails, and still get no response. They have left me feeling helpless. While they do take care of certain issues, others continue to get ignored. Do not recommend leasing with this management company. You're better off elsewhere.

He took a trailer as partial payment for the tree work before they did any work at all. Didn't contact me to let me know they were coming out to get the trailer because I would have said no, do the work first. You have to remind them to cut your grass, and even then they still don't! No phone call or texts explaining why, and when you finally get ahold of them they have excuses as to why it's not getting done, such as: it rained and my ladder was wet, or,I only have one chainsaw and it won't start.
