She was told "no showings until Saturday at 10 a.m." When my realtor double checked on Friday to confirm our Saturday showing, the home was suddenly "under contract". How does that happen if no showings were allowed? It was my understanding that once a home is listed in the MLS it is available to show, not listed with showings forbidden for days. Yet somehow, with no showings, the house becomes under contract. According to my realtor and other realtors I have spoken to this practice is unethical.

She showed up with the Husband alone, no wife and only to compare our house to another cheaper & smaller house in the same sub Needs new roof, has mold on the tub, sold 5 times already and right at the main entrance of the sub, their showing was no more than a few minutes (In & Out). Those Agents have no idea what they put homeowners through for their commissions, what a selfish and unconsidered person to do that. This wasn't a showing; this was a quick comparison to another house in the sub. Please if you are not serious about buying the house don't bother the homeowners, a lots of realtors have bad reputations no need to promote it any further.
