Paid in full they started the job said they got called away and would be back. After several phone calls and several days later, they came back did a little, left again. They will go into peoples back yards without permission or if they are not home. I agree with the first post...these "tree trimmers" are thugs. I talked to one neighbor who told me the tracks in the snow led to his back yard and the back door to their house. He said that he had a lock bar on the inside of the door and it was pushed out about 1/2 of an inch. My neighbor that hired them told me he would never use them again. Bad experience!!!
