I had a sharp sciatic pain down my leg and in my foot most of the time. I couldn't stand for more…read morethan a minute or two. I needed a cane to walk more than 10 feet. That's changed now. I was diagnosed with three degraded spinal disks. The PerformanceOrtho group were great to work with. They took the time to do a thorough investigation and prepared a comprehensive plan to address my condition. My treatment involved physical therapy and pain management treatments and medication. After a 4 months my pain has reduced dramatically. I'm not pain-free but I no longer have stabbing leg pains and I can walk long distances without a cane. I wake up with a backache every morning (as if I slept on a rock) but goes away after I do my exercises; and sometimes I feel like my foot has fallen asleep for a minute or two, but that's it. I still have more invasive options should I need to go that route but as of now I don't feel I need to. Considering I still have 3 degraded disks and that I do not need the pain medications anymore I think my condition is much improved. All the people there, Drs. Perez & Tabije, Yoonie and the PT group I worked with really took good care of me. I had to work hard to get where I am (and so will you) but I'm very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Performance Ortho, Branchburg if you have orthopedic issues.

I am able to walk for longer distances without limping and am excited about getting back to the activities I enjoyed before pain crept in. In addition to providing treatment, Wyatt gave insight on my recovery and offered suggestions on ways to strengthen the muscles and improve ROM. The disabled parking spots were just a few steps away so that was convenient. First impression is everyone was very pleasant and friendly. It's an open space in a small office so you can actively see therapy happening which (I think) is nice so you can also see how many other modalities they're using. Dr. Rashmi was very thorough during this first evaluation. Lots of questions and listening with eye contact. She explained how she wanted to start treatment and then said she would adjust as needed. She started some heat and movement as part of this first evaluation and set up additional time with my husband. So far, so good for the first 1.5 weeks down. I got an MRI, saw 3 doctors in New York City (+1 in another country), 2 chiropractors, 1 acupuncturist, and 2 massage therapists. Nothing made a difference. Through word of mouth, I found Ortho Sports. The session with Daniel was incredible. He is knowledgable, experienced, attentive...and cares! They have 3 full time therapists, plus 2 assistants most of the time, and the place is large enough to accomodate 7 or 8 patients at a time without feeling crowded. She would be gone for almost three weeks. I was scheduled with a substitute who really did not know my case. My next visit I was scheduled with another therapist for the next visit. She showed up 25 minutes late for the appointment. She knew less about my case and was very unsure of herself. She also planned to do a procedure on me which is contraindicated. I pointed this out to her and she said I was correct and thanked me for telling her. I have been to PT at three other facilities without any problems. I have stopped going to this facility and will start again at another. There are many excellent places where one can get competent physical therapy services. Don't choose this one.

I went here a few weeks ago to get my hair cut and I LOVED IT…read more I've never really gone to a salon, I usually go to a chain (Hair Cuttery) and I will never be going back after experiencing this place. My boyfriend and his mom go here very often and I needed a hair cut so I decided to make an appointment. I tried to get Dana, the owner (who Steve always goes to), but she had no openings so I went to Abbey (sp?) and she was wonderful. I didn't really know what I wanted done to my hair, I'm very picky. I told her I wanted to get the dead ends cut but not too short, because I like my hair passed my shoulders and some end up cutting off more then I am happy with. I also mentioned I wanted to try side bangs and she did everything perfectly for me. When she styled it afterwards, I couldn't believe how much I loved it. The inside is very big, when you see it from the main street it doesn't seem as big. You have to park in the back and go through the back door. It's not just a hair salon.. they do hair cuts, coloring, nails, spas, and there's yoga! It's crazy how many different options are there but it's so clean. I highly recommend going here. I will be going back to this place whenever I need a hair cut.
