We enjoyed it so much, we eat there for two breakfasts. On the first day, my daughter ordered a breakfast sandwich. It was filled with bacon, egg and sausage. While she has a healthy appetite, she did her best to eat as much as she could, but there were plenty left on the plate. My husband ordered porridge with fresh berries. It also comes with nuts and honey on the side. He declared it the best porridge he's ever had and wouldn't share one bite. I ordered the avocado toast, which had an egg on top. It was very filling and my daughter enjoyed stealing bites. On the side of the table, they have a chutney, which was delicious with the avocado toast. The service was good, not super friendly, but fine. On our second day, my daughter ordered their granola, which has a rhubarb jam and honey on the side. My husband and I both ordered their porridge with fresh berries on the side. I wanted to have some of the best porridge he's ever had. My daughter didn't like her rhubarb jam so we traded and she had my side of berries, which she enjoyed greatly with her granola. It was a large bowl, but she did fine finishing up most of it and passing the rest to my husband. While for me, it wasn't the best porridge I've ever had, it was good. The honey was a welcome addition and normally I don't like things too sweet, The Orange Goat is a lovely spot for breakfast, coffee/tea and their lunch menu looks delicious as well. When we return to Dublin, we will surely stop in again and enjoy their breakfasts!

In fairness to it it wasnt that bad, i didnt like how sandwich ingredients kinda got mixed up together when they were making your roll, you'd end up with a bit of a rasher stuck inside your vegetarian sandwich, bleugh! I think the most popular sandwich in here was their hot chicken sandwich, people devoured these things daily. The other half of this campus eatery is the donought section, mmmmmm boston cream, its all i have to say about that! hot drinks are not so bad either!

Nine-one-one is the place most likely to be open on campus outside the Mon-Fri 9-5 time slots…read more While it's mostly take-away business there is a seating area just beside it. Nine-one-one has a lot of choice, as there are three main counters. The first is a juice and smoothie bar, the second is a made-to-order sandwich bar where you can get cold or hot sandwiches, paninis, wraps and other sandwichey type things. The pay area also houses tea, coffee and other beverages and their doughnut selection. Queues can be really long at peak lunch times during term and the best doughnuts (the Boston cream) sells out early, so if you have a hankering for one it's best to have it early in the day. Despite the addition of the hot chicken sandwich, the selection of possible fillings is a bit limited and somewhat lacklustre (they often leave the green bits in the tomatoes which is my personal pet hate!!) but the food is consistent and generally good. Out of terms hours are usually shorter
