First, they cancelled the day of the original party bus in February due to cold weather, which had been predicted for days. Despite the last-minute cancellation, they refused to offer a refund, forcing us to reschedule far after my friend's actual birthday. When we finally rescheduled, they promised us an extra hour on the party bus to make up for the inconvenience. But on the day of, they changed their minds again, and instead "upgraded" us to a larger, crappier bus--one my friend deliberately didn't book in the first place. It was freezing cold inside and just plain run-down. To top it off, the bus broke down at our first stop, and started smoking heavily. We had to cut the night short, and instead of a refund, they just told us we'd have to reschedule yet again. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because they at least got us back to Brookings safely and didn't leave us stranded in a random town. But overall, this was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. My friend now has to plan a third birthday party because this company can't follow through on basic professionalism. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
