Took forever to get food or drinks and the system wouldn't even register our hits for the game. How can you serve food without silverware and expect people to play without making sure your equipment even works. I would not recommend this place to anyone experience completely sucked. Been coming here since the place has opened. Service and food has taken a massive plummet. Its not busy and i am currently still waiting for my food i ordered 2 hours ago and now our bay time is expiring. Something needs to change. This. Place. Is. Awesome! For your first visit they do require you to purchase a player's card. $5 a card, but it's a one-time purchase. It allows you to keep data for games played, scores, bills, etc. I found out a check-in too late that a Yelp discount is available and I could have gotten 1 free membership. ‍ Oh well. There's 3 levels of golf bays. We were placed on the top and we loved it. It was super hot out but the breeze kept it feeling great. We had such a wonderful view of the range and land around it. Saw a couple airplanes take off and land! A waitress comes around and ours was great. We literally just ate so we only ordered sodas, but there's a FULL menu. We had 2 friends join us and they got a meal and an app. I tried their chips and salsa; very good. Clubs are provided, but you can bring your own. There's bar and/or restaurant options; don't even have to golf. The golfing is a blast. You can play games, play a virtual course, or simply use it as a driving range. Scores can be kept and emailed if you wanted to keep them. To pay for the bay by the 1/2 and hour, and if you're playing and want to extend your time, you simply slide your credit card and keep on playing! I really can't wait to return. read more

Went to the bar/restaurant area to grab a bite to eat and watch some college football. Waited 20 minutes before I had to grab a manager to ask where we order. Said, "the bartenders will help you." Waited another 10 minutes and went up to the bar and asked if we could get some service. "New" bartender took our order " appetizer, and meals." Waited another 20 minutes before I went up to the bar and asked where our appetizer was. One of the bartenders went back to check on her appetizer and came out and said that they did not have the spinach artichoke dip. So basically we waited all that time for nothing. We received our meals a few minutes later. So after one hour and 30 minutes, we had one water and our meals. The manager took off 20% from our bill for the inconvenience. Problem was they still have the appetizer on our bill so we had to once again get a manager to take that off our bill. Needless to say, I will not be venturing back to the place I call "Well Below Average Shots." read more

Our first time at Great Shots eating dinner. We arrived at Happy Hour. We enjoyed the alcohol prices during HH too. Our waiter was friendly and always checked up on us since we stayed for 3 hours. We sat and watched several people hit golf balls. Aside from the cold weather it was a near perfect date. My significant other order the Reuben sandwich with a lettuce side salad. The salad fed us both, it was huge and full of garden vegetables. I ordered the appetizer, Korean Lettuce Wraps with braised short ribs for my entree. There was 8 of us, automatic, 20% tip was added to everything,this was not any problem except when it's automatic the service level dropped to a new low level! although we ordered way too much food we were not allowed to take any of our leftovers with us or to give our extra food to the people in the bay next to us . I'm assuming the employees threw their own party with all of our excessive left over chicken wings and sliders. Even though they said they threw it all out. Not one employee showed anyone in our group on how to play any games ! Horrible service! Save your money do not go to Great Shots for a bad experience! The staff was very accommodating and service was above and beyond what we expected! I have a feeling the group will be talking about this for a long time. We have had some great family visits here. Good service, great food, fun for the whole family. Spent $13.50 for an entire family activity today - plus can order drinks, food and the kids can run around in the kids area too. My husband regularly comes by himself to enjoy hitting some balls and watching sports. Great venue. read more

Ok, it's a cool place (just like Top Golf) but my wife and I just wanted dinner without golf. The inside bar was so cold no one was sitting inside. The outside patio is very nice but there is no wait service for that area. The bartender had to fill orders for the golf side so she was unable to serve the patio. We had to get our own drinks and order food and bus our table. The nacho's were excellent and a good tap list but the service was a little sketch. Management should dedicate a server to the patio area and not rely on the bartender to cover both areas. read more

This is a fun venue but I was shocked at the crowded lobby and bar. They could make it so much safer just by having those waiting remain in their cars and calling when the bay was ready. They could also take a tip from TopGolf and add plastic dividers between the bays. read more

Great service and food, the only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because as a leftie, every time I go here they give me a set of clubs that only have 4 clubs in it, no driver, and just a dented 5 wood. It's really doing a number to my long drive game score I just wish they would get a full set of left handed clubs. read more

I am 21, but because my ID is not horizontal they will not serve me! At no point was this mentioned or posted! It is my friends 22nd birthday but we are not getting what we paid for because of this! This was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. We were kicked out because we were too young which is ok but would've been great to know why we were waiting in line for 25 minutes. I still don't even know if we have been refunded yet for such a terrible experience. From the moment we walked in, I knew it was going to be a special night. The service was impeccable. I brought my own clubs and one of the servers washed them off for me and actually used her hair to dry them. Which was cool. Nothing but class at Great Shots! The marble tables were eerily reminiscent of Olympia Fields C.C. But by far our two favorite parts of the night were the queso dip on the chip tray which was the perfect toothpaste meats DQ Blizzard consistency. When the server walked out and held the queso tray upside down and it just stuck, I knew we had come to the right place for our anniversary. Second, the technology of the golf stuff was so superior to Top Golf that it wasn't even close! No wonder, Top Golf is a total knock off.
