Their main room outside the cave is where classes take place and I love taking yoga here on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (6:15 pm.) The owner is very sweet and she posts events and classes regularly on their Instagram page. So far, I've just done the yoga classes but hope to soon do a salt therapy session. Prices are very reasonable. Come support this local business and their wellness practioners and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere!
