Be very aware! This company built a website for our business and put a random picture on the site without our consent. Turned out that this picture has a copy right protection. The company that owns the image is now asking us to pay hundreds of dollars. I removed the picture off our website immediately and tried to speak with the image company. I was told the web designer, Ready Artwork has never asked for prior approval to use their picture therefore it's a violation of the copy right. I confronted the owner of Ready Artwork. Eventhough we have no knowledge of them using an unauthorized picture we were willing to share the cost. This is a bussiness decision mistake that nobody wants but happened. Unfortunately he strictly told me NO that he would not pay cause it was our problem now not his. He said I was bully asking him for money and lazy for not changing the picture sooner myself. As a professional he should have found out the copyright issue of a certain picture that they use on their customer website BEFORE they post it. They should not jeopardize the interest of their customers if the picture was 'questionable'. Evenworse to get his customer in trouble then walked away not taking up the responsiblity like a real professional. The owner's action of refusing to take part to resolve the issue instead sending me nasty email calling us lazy and bully reflects the lack of business ethics and professionalism of their company. Be given the fair warning that this company is irresponsible for their actions therefore in my opinion this may not be someone you want to deal with. read more

SO after a few friendly meetings with this agency we were all set to start the development of my website, which I was very excited about, UNTIL I informed them that I had someone else who was going to be doing my SEO. Once they found out that they weren't going to be doing my SEO (search engine optimizer) Victor informed me that "After gathering all the relevant information on the scope of this project, I do not think this project is a good match for Ready Artwork." WHAT? Apparently this company wants to LOCK YOU IN to use them for everything so they can collect their monthly fees, and they sure have tons of fees. Victor kept emailing me with new monthly fees and new surprises and when I would ask him he seemed annoyed that I was so inquisitive. He never answered my question of "Do I own the source code?" Im guessing the answer is no? Michael, who is one of their developers was very sweet and professional on the phone. I just think they are too much concerned with the MONEY and not as concerned as to helping small businesses grow. read more
