Received an email after my post to "F*** off". Very unprofessional and rude. Print was fine. My printer ran out of ink and when I called this store and he told me it would be $0.15. When I got to the store, the charge was 3.26. He had failed to disclose the access fee of $3. Had they told me, I would've gone to pick up a cartridge for $20. They gave me a "discount" on the access fee but they should've honored their phone quote. read more

There is a charge for EVERYTHING- a $2 for opening up your email, $.75 to use a credit card, $.50 for sizing, and they also charge you for each sheet that they experiment the printing size. Paid $5 for once regular sheet of colored paper, not even printer paper for a picture that was less than an inch big. Never coming here again. read more

I came by Cantu and Gabriel helped me make my son's week in less than 20 mins. It's super hard to find Splatoon gear but we found some DIY paper folded guns that attach to a Nintendo Switch. I have been coming to Cantu Graphics for all my photocopying needs for over 25 years, and I've had nothing but praise for their work...Until today. I am a local to South Pasadena and I support small businesses, but I am going to think long and hard about coming back. The staff is mostly efficient, competent, and personable. EXCEPT for the grey haired man with glasses. He is none of those three qualities I've listed above. He could not get all of the page, made excuses as to why he couldn't do it, charged me for HIS mistakes, and forgot to copy the some of the pages in the set. I can't believe I composed 100 wedding invite sets for under $200 with the help of Cantu. If you're ever shopping for wedding invites, you'll find out they cost an arm and leg. Cantu's pricing is pretty fair and GABRIEL IS THE BEST! He is patient, pays attention to detail, and awesome! I decided to do my own wedding invitations after I went to Paper Source in Pasadena, saw a sample on display and THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T DO IT. Luckily I was referred to Cantu and Gabriel came to the rescue. I downloaded the free font on dafont.com, played around in words, bought some templates off Etsy and sent the PDFs to Cantu. I ran into a couple hiccups but Gab provided alternative solutions. At one point, I didn't care to be precise anymore and just wanted to get them printed but Gabriel made a comment "I can't let you get married like that! I'll fix it for you." He didn't have to but he did. I am overly satisfied with the print job. I also ordered a 32x48 canvas of our engagement photo for less than $100 with the turnaround of less than 4 days, which is better than Costco canvas pricing btw. I've now printed two projects at Cantu and have been really happy with both my experiences. I've used other local print shops but haven't had the same level of customer service and quality that I've received from Cantu. I was pretty particular about what I wanted so there was a lot of back and forth and they were always super patient with me and my projects ended up looking great. They also printed a sample for me before I committed to a high quantity of prints which is a service that is really hard to find elsewhere. I went to this place to have some simple work done, they couldn't do the work and kept giving me the run around until I forced them to stop wasting my time. Manny basically hid behind his brother Danny after the transaction went down. Don't waste your time here or if you do I would suggest dealing with Danny. I can tell you whatever they "can't do" Manny won't be honest and up front about it & I can't help but notice most of the reviewers giving these guys good scores are in single digits as far as reviews given, it's always good to have a few friends when you're running a business lol. read more
