I have a comprehensive policy with a 250 deductible and somehow it has already cost me 2 grand and I a haven't even paid for the deductible yet. i call and sit on hold for hours only to hear that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting for that call from 14 days ago. They waited two weeks to give the body shop the approval to fix my vehicle. Find insurance elsewhere.
