My experience would be unbelievable if it didn't happen. Seven years ago we bought new kitchen cabinets from Andy Foster. After one or two years of use, we experienced some lack of quality and I began calling the cabinet maker for some advice but never received an answer to my messages. I continued to call the cabinet supplier over the next several years with no satisfaction. Foster Kitchens designed and supplied the cabinets but didn't manufacture them, but Andy agreed that the quality should have been better. Since we dealt with Andy Foster, he made the problem go away, at his expense. We had three wood craftsmen working in our kitchen these past few days, one of which was Andy Foster, correcting someone else's poor workmanship. No matter whether a company is an IBM or a locally owned business, things don't always go 100% right. How those businesses correct the problems, is what makes the difference. We called them, and they came and said it was their error--no charge. They then sent a bill. We called and reminded them, and they said it was no problem. This year, when we called to make our annual appointment for service, they said they would not come unless we paid in advance because we had an outstanding unpaid bill. Burris sent out Jason and Nick (forgive me if those names are incorrect!) within ~4 hours of me leaving a before-hours voicemail. The pipe broke at 8:30 AM, and it was all fixed by about 1 PM. They worked fast but also took time to answer questions and explain what failed and why, and why they were going to use different metals for the replacement parts to prevent this from happening again. Now, I could end the review there, but I need to give an extra thank you to Jason. He noticed that our hot water heater air valve was corroded and leaking. Rob quickly found that the motor was bound and offered to get a replacement after trying to fix with 3 in 1 oil. They were not able to find a replacement motor but during their journey to Home Depot the motor was unbound by the 3 in 1 oil. Rob returned the motor to its housing and reinstalled. Instead of costing me extra money with total replacement they fixed the issue in the current fan. Honest people giving great value. Definitely recommend for any of your electrical work.
