Communication was extremely poor and unprofessional. The assigned CCR manager was rude and defensive with many residents and failed to take accountability for her actions. CCR terminated contracts with service providers who were doing a good job and replaced them with their "preferred" and more expensive providers. HOA fees jumped significantly without CCR even acknowledging the increase, let alone providing a justification. CCR failed to address a serious incident I reported to them about a Board member that left me feeling so uncomfortable in my own home that I had to move. It is validating to see very similar feedback from others on this forum. I rarely provide reviews but felt that it was too important not to warn others about CCR.
