This is the Marshalls I hit up the most because of their housewares and Pet section…read more Amongst my friends, we call this specific Marshalls the untapped resource. We have multiple Tj Maxx, Ross, HomeGoods and Marshalls in the Coachella valley but this Marshalls on Ramon road has the best housewares and furkid stuff. You need a 10 qt stock pot? This Marshall's will have one Need an extra extra large dog bed for your big guy? This Marshall's is the spot I know they all get supplied by the same stock truck but this particular Marshalls gets an extra helping from the truck of the ornate and usuals houseware goods. I've notice they have better indoor and outdoor table cloths than the Ross next door or the TJ Maxx down in south Palm Springs. Better silverware choices, better cleaning supplies, better mugs. You get the idea. I will say- I haven't had much luck in finding decent clothes at this site because it feels more like a HomeGoods. I'd like to shout out Tristian at the front. I went in and wanted to return an item and he helped me locate a replacement- Super friendly and easy peasy. He smiled the whole time, asked me how my day was and solved my problem in one try.

I've found numerous pairs of shoes and clothes for myself and my family at this store and, of course, obviously, when you buy lots of items, some items will turn out to be returns. Over the 17 years that I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars, this horrible, tiny, little older man has followed me around his store and has made every encounter with him as nasty as possible. I finally had to complain about his outrageous outburst behavior to the Marshall's corporate office for screaming and yelling at me over having to return a knit blouse that had a hole in it that I hadn't spotted when I purchased it. In front of an entire lineup of customers behind me, Steve decided to throw a hissy fit yelling and screaming and shouting at me that: "We don't carry that brand of clothing in our store", which was a complete lie as it was from the Ivanka Trump clothing line that Marshall's and TJmaxx did carry and we're selling until the brand was discontinued and whatever was left was placed in their clearance section. Steve then kept away from me until I found him in the shopping cart area, having followed me out there from inside the store and he told me to hand him my shopping cart and he pushed it away. several evenings ago, I had a return to make to Marshall's that I put into a TJmaxx plastic bag, which Steve obviously spotted since I wasn't trying to hide it, by any means. I saw Steve rush into his office when he saw me. (I'm pretty hard to miss, I'm tall, a former model and always well dressed and groomed.) When l gather up some things on clearance and went up to the cash register, Steve had obviously called over there to have the older female employee hassle me by demanding that I give her my drivers license, because, in her words, "It's been more than 30 days since I'd purchased the items." Immediately joining the cashier was apparently another manager or someone from security, both of whom looked at me so very oddly, both of whom examined every inch and detail of my face and makeup and the clothes that I was wearing, it was completely rude and shocking, but I continued to stand there, comply with giving my license and waiting as the cashier ran my information through her computer and found nothing, because there was nothing to find. She held up my drivers license and loudly proclaimed my name, for what purpose, I have no idea. I've never ever asked to hand over my drivers license when I've had my receipt, but this was a ruse perpetrated to access information about me in their database, I assume. Steve, the horrible little manager, never made an appearance during any of this, he was orchestrating the unnecessary drama behind his 'Wizard of Oz' curtain from his office and had, yet again, managed to viciously harass me, create drama and make me vow to never ever shop at that store again.

I don't know how they pick and choose location to add one compared to the normal. I've only been to the one in Orlando and now this location in the desert. Of course you have to have a massive parking lot to accommodate the loads of shoppers and wanderer's. Three entrances on either end of the store and garden center. There's a fast food place inside, you have the deli section and bakery. Of course the frozen section with quite some nice decent items. It's basically a grocery store on one side of the place. Even a decent isle for the international goods. There's a fairly decent section/department where the alcohol is located. So you have one side that's groceries and the other is basically everything else. Home goods, technology, clothing and so on. There's even a pretty decent size garden center that is pretty massive but it was a little sparse with what they offered. Some patio furniture, mainly soil and the usual pots and some plants. They also have a department for delivery and pickup. It's quite interesting for me...lol... Of course you have the option of self checkout or with someone. Bags are additional fee as we all know. What I didn't understand is, some of the items you would need to pay before hand if you want them. There's the beauty department where you have to leave your basket outside and pay for what you need before returning to it. And some other items in the store where you have to do the same or they can leave it at the customer service counter until you're finished. I had to do that with a measuring tape. We were still shopping and asked if it was ok. The staff seemed a bit annoyed with the request but took it to customer service anyways. Besides that concept, it a pretty good place for your one stop shop.

In fact, she thanked me for my patience -- when truly it was her patience that carried us through the situation without a single harsh word or hint of attitude. Outstanding service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Anel.

I don't know about YOU…read more.. But for ME.... Twenty Twenty-Five was the Year of Target! I kid you not, I visited my local Target store more times in 2025 than I ever had before.... And I LIKED it!! I know, I know, you ladies reading this RIGHT NOW are nodding your heads with absolute approval thinking to yourselves, "Yes Lance, go on, speak Target to me!" Sorry fellas, but I've gotta side with the girls on this one... But Target has just got it going on. Hey, I get it. It's clean, it's organized, & they've got most of your household basics. So I know what you're thinking... What made me so Target Happy in 2025?? Well my new obsession Vinyl Records, of course!! Yes, earlier last year, I surprised my wife and purchased her 2 Vinyl Records from her favorite band. Later that night, we went out and purchased a Record Player so we could play her new records. Once we got home that evening, within seconds of first hearing the sound, the quality, and the difference of listening to music play on a Vinyl versus digitally and.... I. Was. Hooked. From there, I discovered that Target stores have a small, but decent record selection; mainly new age stuff, but some re-recorded classics that everyone should have in their collection. And so my Target Ventures began. Yeah, I would find myself popping into my local Target and Bee-Lining it straight towards their records just see what they had. It came to the point where sometimes I would go daily, just to see if any new records had arrived. It became more of a hunt, that actual shopping, and I was always so happy when I saw a record that I wanted to add to my growing collection. And trust, when I saw an album that I wanted... I bought it! So why Target?? For one, they have a lot of the new-age records for current artists for that I'm currently into. Plus, there are a lot of Target Edition Vinyls that are made specifically for Target (limited edition colored vinyls, etc.) Heck, even when we are out of town... you know Target will on our to-do list. Well in October 2025, we were in Palm Springs to celebrate my birthday and we were on a mission to go straight to the local Target on October 3rd to grab a copy of Taylor Swifts newest album, The Life of a Showgirl. Hey, I'm a Girl Dad of 3 girls... plus a wife... I'm not embarrassed to say it, but I'm in a household full of Swifties, me included ;) Thankfully, that day, the release day... I didn't have to fight any teenage girls off to get my hands on Taylor's newest album because Target Palm Springs was prepared and had a huge display of albums, c.d's to choose from. Of course, like any Target run that anyone does... Once we grabbed the 1 item that we actually came in for, we headed straight to the check out line (Ha! This NEVER happens)... Yeah, we grabbed a cart, and we went shopping! My wife found some all white cowgirl boots, picked up a few fantasy books to read, and of course some things for the kids... Hey, this is how you Target! So... now you know how I spent the latter half of my 2025 and I have the record selection to prove it. We are now up to about 40 or so vinyls with over half of them thanks to my spontaneous Target drop in's. So.... Who is brave enough to share what brings you to Target so much. If you feel like sharing, you know what section to find me in ;)

thank you target for making my day. I'm so lucky for getting the last hammon collection and Dominus…read moreRex in stock. Hope you all have a good day.
