I called today requesting a copy of my purchase agreement From sandy. A few days prior my lender was rude to her on a 3 way call. I apologize for him being rude and had what seemed like a nice short convo with her. She placed me on hold for 20mins saying she was going to check with her supervisor SHE NEVER CAME BACK ON THE LINE. During the hold I distracted myself by sending emails and looking at tiktok. When I realize it had been 20 mins and 5 mins after 5pm east coast time I hung the phone and quickly dialed back. NO ANSWER The woman put me on hold and left work as what seemed like some weird revenge for the rudeness from the other day. This kind of unprofessionalism is not acceptable. What I've learned in the process of buying a home is that time is very valuable and there are a lot of moving pieces to the puzzle when trying to seal the deal and close on your home I'm very upset and sad by the actions of Sandy.
