Amy worked with us and navigated us thru the purchase of our dream house with a pool! I highly recommend Amy. Now onto the not so good. I did not like the listing agent for our home. She came in strong during the photo shoot, and spoke poorly of my design decisions in front of my son. Completely unprofessional behavior. I had no issue with the team coming in and moving things for better results with the shoot, but never, ever, come into someone's home and make unnecessary comments within earshot of anyone who is there on behalf of the homeowner. I am an upfront person and addressed that immediately with the listing agent, who couldn't recall saying anything negative. How convenient. We got an offer pretty quick, however it had an unrealistic time frame for a counter, the listing agent tried to bully me to take it for under ask, and started telling me we priced too high, when she whole heartedly agreed to the price like 7 days ago! I primarily have continued to deal with Amy on my house listing since she was assisting, and she's much more pleasant to deal with. Last night was the final straw, the listing agent thought she would call me and be overly dramatic on an issue I spoke to Amy about, and I honestly had no idea what she was calling me for as she did not reference a topic. When I asked her what she was talking about, she tried getting in my face telling me I have to communicate with her on anything happening with my sale, as it's her listing! Needless to say, after all that, I wanted to pull my listing. Amy came to the rescue and called Sherry who is taking over the listing herself with Amy, and because Amy jumped into action we decided to leave the listing with Sherry and Company. I have so much faith in Amy that my husband and I have given her our alarm code for our home while we are out of town this weekend. I had a target month by which I wanted to sell my house so that I could relocate to another State during the late summer months. Had I known that Gary would provide a huge amount of advice and assistance to me before we entered into a contract, I would have called him 2 months before the time that I first contacted him. On our first meeting, he presented a notebook Powerpoint presentation of current real estate market statistics, advice, and his services and marketing strategy. He answered all questions and left a "Pre-Sale Package" designed for my needs (a portfolio of his marketing action plan, his steps for selling a house quickly, and a Cancellation Guarantee). First of all, I was advised to make sure that my house was, or would be, in tip-top condition and that all major systems were in excellent condition. That took a good bit of time. Next, we had professionals inspect the house and provide a fair market price estimate. Then, Gary and I signed a contract for his services to sell the house. When my house was Listed, a Buyer offered a contract bid within 4 days! At 6 days, I signed a Binding Contract to sell the house. What an amazing thing, to see how well the house "showed" to potential buyers (according to other real estate agents) and how fast the house went under contract. My friend has employed Gary at different times as a Buyer's Agent, and as a Seller's Agent, and the friend has always been very happy with Gary's services. Having never lived in an HOA community before I didn't know how strict rules were here. The property owner received notices from the HOA about garbage cans and parking- rules I was unaware of due to their negligence. Spalding Brokers then labeled me as a bad tenant and have harassed me since then. I also received a notice to vacate at the end of my lease term (June 30 2019) in December 2018 because I disagreed with the HOA issues being my fault when I was fully unaware of the rules until October. I have a friend over that I allow to hang up shirts in a closet so he doesnt have to live out of a suitcase and they entered the property, took photos and are trying to use them against me stating I have another person living here and am in default of my lease. A house guest I gave them 2 months+ notice about that they deny receiving....I have all texts and emails saved. This type of property management drives away great tenants and doesn't allow you to have a long term person. I suggest going elsewhere where your tenants will feel safe living in your rental homes and not attacked or harassed. Regarding their response: the "handicapped" space wasn't a handicapped space. It is now that an ADA complaint was made and the complex had to make it a legitimate space and repaved /repainted the entire lot. The offer to call and discuss anything with this company is a joke! I have done this multiple times with no response. Also, they are now demanding a property inspection and it's on a day I work all day and they want to be there at 1:30pm and will not budge on time to be accommodating so I may be there with them to work this out. So, what exactly is there to discuss? You do nothing to properly assist your tenants. You are hands down the WORST management company and I cannot wait to be free from you. Tenants and home owners BEWARE!!

Frequent accounting errors were made in her favor- never in mine. She was slow to correct these errors. She was slow to respond to emails and apparently had a hard time understanding why I was requesting receipts and invoices for work done. She forgot she had the tenants sign a year lease and tried to have them sign again 6months early. There was a concern that she was pushing for work that might not be necessary, and also that her handyman was also her boyfriend. Whether or not that was the case, it appears very unprofessional, and I was embarrassed that my tenants had to deal with her. She was very stressful to deal with and complicated the owner-tenant relationship. I am very happy to be no longer engaging her services!
