When I purchased my home I did not get an inspection. It is an older home and once I was there for one of the Missouri winter's I realized my home was incredible drafty. I contacted Mike and he did an energy audit. I was amazed at where all my heat was going. I took Mike's recommendations off his energy report and my home is not only more warm but I have saved considerable money. read more
