Aside from getting married and having kids, buying a home is the biggest decision a person can make in life. Much like planning a wedding, buying a home can be really stressful or really fun. I was lucky enough to have worked with Kelcey (Dillon) Felber, Brett Dillon and the Realty Executives Dillon team to find my dream home. In a period where you are pitted against other buyers, Kelcey was able to advise me through the process in a fun and warm manner, but more importantly she helped me avoid the big pitfall of "settling". I say this because I often hear the frustration of younger buyers entering the market place either having to obscenely outbid for the property they want, only to regret it months later, or have their hearts broken by not getting selected for their dream home and ending up having to "settle" for another property. Kelcey's experience and patience helped coach me and wife to find a house that was the right fit. I am extremely grateful for her ability to know me and my wife as people first, in order to make the right fit as client's second.
