It's a lovely home, and I am happy where I live. However, it's become more and more clear that the home was a " Quick Flip," which in and of itself is not a bad thing. But, there was some work that was severely lacking. - Shoddy kitchen cabinetry; 3 doors and 12 feet of trim fell off in the first year. - Poor bathroom plumbing; had to hire plumbers to fix the piping where they remodeled. - The "new" fridge was not new; repairman said it was made to look new but was not new. It died within two years. - Used liquid concrete to set wood floors; I must rip out the entire floor if I want to repair planks - Poor roof repair; leaked every time it rained. Had to hire a roofer to fix their fix. - No calking in the bathrooms and kitchen; water seeped into the walls and mold began to grow. Had to get it repaired. I won't say buyer beware, but be mindful, the home may look pretty, but the work underneath is most likely rushed and subpar. Take some extra time to examine the remodeled work done to the home. One way or another you'll end up paying real money, in the long run, to fix things if you don't. That's my experience at least.
